5 months agoI bought my truck 2015 Chevy Silverado from the Car Guys, they went the extra mile to make sure that everything was good from the financing to the mechanics. I would surely recommend and buy another vehicle from them.a month agoI bought a used van from here 2 or 3 years ago I have put 13 grand in repairs in it since then it’s still sitting at the shop right now. It sits at the shop more I use it as a camper Van because it’s unreliable to do anything else. It breaks when it sits at work No lie. And now I’m trading it in for negative equity for a brand new car spanking new non-american Sedan. These are good people and they’re nice but other than that. They sell American lemons for a lemon price. It’s unfortunate how much the used car dealership has come down since the days of old. You’re better off with a new car. Paying a high payment with a brand spank new warranty sorry car guys its not 100 percent there fault as the american truck and van is a money pit, new engineerd vehicles and are made to fail. I recommend car guys never carrying the Ram promaster vans again. I have resisted to leave such a review but I no longer can hide my voice and I have to protect working class people from bankrupting cars. Bring a mechanic or bring the car from here to a shop. I make 1000 a week. Grow up america. provide better3 months agoHonestly if you’re looking for a car this would be the first place I recommend you stop. We were having issues with our old car and my fiancés mom and brother told us to come here as they both recently purchased vehicles from here. I wish we had came sooner. We met with Pete, who was very kind and very helpful the whole step of the way. He got us in our gmc terrain quick and easy. We also had a problem with our tires and they fixed the problem right away. Not only did Kyle and Rodrigo put me in a great car (had it inspected by the Kia dealership who even told me the car was a good car) but they went above and beyond to help me with my lemon car that Ralph MacDougall sold me and wouldn’t make the deal right. But hopefully, this saves someone from going through the same experience that i did.Bought my vehicle, 2013 mitsubishi outlander from these guys. Received it December 2, 2022. It is now July 2023, and I am now forced to trade the vehicle because of so many issues with it. These guys patched this car up and sold it to me, an already struggling mother of 2. I am faced with issues such as a leaking gas tank to the entire undercarriage being rotten. There are too many issues to list here. While I understand that it is an old vehicle and there will be some wear and tear, there is just too much for the price that was paid for this vehicle.
2 months after purchasing this vehicle, I had to spend $400 on it. When I called them I got the attitude “Oh I can’t help you. Outside of the measly 30-day warranty” that they gave.
Don’t get me wrong, I never expected this car to last me my entire lifetime, but not even a year?
Buyer beware.
a year agoHad an excellent experience at Exit Auto! Communication was great from the second I showed interest, answering all my questions/concerns very patiently. I also traded in my car at the time of purchase, and was offered a fair value which everyone was happy with. Additionally, they are looking to actually sell the cars on their lot instead of pricing high and waiting until the “right” customer comes along. To anyone in the Boston / MA area looking for a used car I highly recommend Exit Auto!

We went in to look for a vehicle for my stepson on a HOT cape Sunday. Rick (owner) greeted us with a smile and a wealth of knowledge about not only his inventory, but the car business and extensive knowledge across all brands. We were on a very tight timeline as our son needed to get across the country to start his new job in 4 days! We left with a great vehicle at a fair price and felt fabulous about the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Cape Cod Carz to anyone in the market for a pre owned vehicle!
When I bought the car all the staff were very helpful and informative. After I left the lot the issues began. I was sold a 17 year old car for just under ten thousand dollars. Considering the price it should run great. Boy was I wrong. First there was an engine noise. I took it to the warranty mechanic, and they did not fix it. I had to pay for the shop’s negligence. It was about $400. Then a hub went out shortly after about $300 dollars. This was all within two months of car purchase. If you want a car that is overpriced and riddled with issues go to this dealer. If you’re still on the one month warranty don’t bother, the shop they use will not fix it. All in all a absolute waste
Update – four months and many many repairs later. Nothing else needed to be said except this picture of scrap metal from insistent issues. As a mechanic not the end of the world. Super nice people. They worked with me even with less than stellar credit and I left feeling satisfied.
