a week agoHorrible communication and not even a phone call to me about the estimated repairs! All I received was an email and text message three weeks after it was left there. The estimate sent was really inflated with maintenance items that were already completed last winter at the 100k service. Overall, this was a horrible experience and its been sitting there three weeks already. I just called to let them know that I’ll be picking my car up today because I declined all the estimate items by email and text and I never got any new paperwork to approve anything. There were a few things I had considered repairing earlier this week by text and the advisor, Josie, was supposed to re-send the repair paperwork for me to approve those two items. Instead of communicating with me and resending the paperwork for my approval on the repairs, she went ahead and authorized the repairs without even telling me or re-sending any paperwork by email or text. So all week I thought the car was just sitting there! When I called just now to let them know I was coming to pick it up, the lady on the phone told me they’re working on the car and its undriveable! That was big news to me since Josie never re-sent me the paperwork to approve the work. Overall, this is a horrible place with greedy people who care nothing about the customers! The communication is just pathetic and I won’t be bring any of our vehicles here again.a week agoService was quick and timely during the visit and went well. However it is sad that some services aren’t being applied when taking your valued customers to the next level. Often leaving the car in better condition than when it arrived was something we use to see- car washed or vacuumed at least. They use to bring the car around to the front running and ready to go but now just point you in the direction it is parked. I dropped off inside out of the weather elements but had to pick up in the blowing snow, parked tightly on the back lot. Not what I’d expect you’d have your customers do. Not the end of the world but still not what I’m use to. Just seems some of the additional touches are now lacking the extra customer care.2 months agoAmy was amazing! Super funny and very polite. They made a plan to help me within minutes and gave me and my daughter the best care. We were immediately offered a porter to take us anywhere we want to go. We decided to stay as we were offered a free service to upgrade options on my vehicle. We were given some quotes that was very reasonable. We were offered refreshments in an beautiful and clean lounge. Every moment of my experience there was amazing. Wonderful people. She got approval to fix my window and was enthusiastic for the opportunity. She did an outstanding job on the rock chip. If I didn’t know there had been a rock chip in the windshield I would never have been able to tell! She did such a great job and was very willing to go from behind the desk to the shop. These guys were wonderful to me. I came to them with a major issue. My 2017 Jeep Cherokee needed the rear differential to be replaced and I had to move 4 weeks after I brought my car to them. They got it diagnosed quick and put in the order for the part. Tara was the best and I was able to call her whenever I needed. She always kept me in the loop and when the part came, (just in time), they made sure it got installed extremely quickly. Thank you to the tech who stayed late night to get it done. I’m packing up my things this weekend and heading out, so all I can say to billion, Tara and the mechanics who did everything is THANK YOU X 100000!!!
Service rating: I scheduled a service appointment to troubleshoot a rattle in my dash. While my vehicle was there they also completed a recall and an oil change for me which I appreciate. I understand that noises and non mechanical failures can be time consuming and difficult to diagnose/fix, but I don’t appreciate being given false information. My vehicle was in the shop for 4 days, during that time, whenever i would call I would be told that the technician was working his way from one end of my dash to the other to be very thorough (I appreciate that!). By day 4 of the same information I was able to speak with someone who gave me the recommendation to pick up my vehicle and bring it back in spring or summer.
When I picked up my vehicle it was clear that my dash had not been taken apart to find the noise at all… which is understandable seeing as the service dept. Is very busy and everywhere is understaffed in town.
What I don’t appreciate is the dishonesty. If i would have been told bring it back in the spring/ we are too busy to dedicate time to a big project like this that isn’t a mechanical failure or we might have your vehicle for weeks… i would have understood and waited.
I want to say that I do reccomend this dealership and service dept. As they are great overall and the work they do, they do well. I just think more transparency and less sugar coating would be best.

It is ridiculous that you do not make appointments for oil changes. I have to drive 1.5 hour to get there and then wait for almost 4 hours. I am a busy working person and this is a total waste of time. This will be my last visit hopefully here as I only came here to get last free oil change in the Jeep wave program. I will be returning to ressler Toyota for future maintenance as you can make appointments there and they get you in and out in a timely manner. I gave 2 stars only because at least this time the staff was friendly and I appreciated the shuttle service to the mall. Olivia was very friendly. Anytime
I have called to schedule anything with billion the staff are rude. I’ve had an issue with my car and was unable to get an appointment in a timely manner and now it is no longer under warranty. You should treat your customers better. I will not be purchasing another Jeep because of the poor service at billion auto.
Dropped my truck off, they told me they were going to work on it multiple times. Which were all lies. Then they wouldn’t return calls, emails, texts, or anything for weeks. Then they told me they finally got it in the shop and that it needed a new motor so they were waiting on jeep to approve it. Once again after leaving me with no time line they would not respond to any of my attempts to contact them. Finally after 6 days shy of 3 months I had the dealership I bought it from call to see if they could help speed things up, they admitted to them they had not looked at it once in 3 months and that it was parked in a field behind the dealership. I have written proof stating that they had been working on my motor. Which was all lies. I ended up having to trailer it 750 miles to the dealership I bought it from where they tore it apart and rebuilt my motor in less than 2 days while billion had it for 3 months.
I had to take my ram 2500 in for a few factory recalls. Zach, the service advisor, was great to deal with. They were very thorough, and kept the truck in the warm shop until I got there to pick it up.
