  The. Worst. Place. In. Bloomington!!!!! They will sell you awful vehicles that will run long enough to get them off the lot, and a month later it’ll break down. A family member of mine told the guy selling them the vehicle they wanted to be able to travel in this vehicle, the guy said it’ll be perfect for that and continued to sell them the car. A couple months later, broken down. Now they’ve had the vehicle for over two years and it’s been more in the shop than they’ve been able to hold onto it. The amount they’ve paid in maintenance, they could’ve had the vehicle paid off by now.

  Doesn’t help that whoever is supposed to be “helping customers” on the phone expects everyone in life to be handed everything. We come from a low income family and are trying to grow from that, and the woman said: “well don’t you have someone who can help you pay? How are you just gonna quit your job?” Meanwhile this family member is doing deliveries for a living and explained that prior. The woman answering the phone is hateful, rude, and refuses to understand what it’s like to struggle in life and work with the customers coming to Byrider. I will not be recommending anyone here ever again. Awful place and people.

  Had to get my car’s 48k maintenance done and a broken seat fixed and a software update to the computer. They were willing to rent me a car because my repairs were going to take all day. It worked out really well I was very happy with the service and fortunately my repairs fell under the extended warranty instead of having to pay $1,000 I only paid $100 deductible.

We walked in the door to be greeted by Mike Inman, who set us up with exactly what I’ve been hoping for. He was respectful, professional and knowledgeable. They didn’t have the car in the color we wanted, so he secured a trade with another dealership in Indiana. From start to finish, he made the process incredibly easy and we were treated like royalty. In the detail shop, Isaac took careful attention to make sure it was perfect before we brought home our Volkswagen ID.4. I’m so relieved that we have a car we love and that it will now be serviced at this dealership going forward.

  Have had a solid experience with everyone at FAC. Dennis in finance has been particularly accommodating and a good advocate in getting the best possible interest rate. Dealer allowed multiple test drives and did small things like replacing a battery in a key fob without even thinking about it.   I purchased a vehicle around 1 month ago. I drove from out of state and picked the car up and drove it back home, around 12 hours round trip.
