We love our new Jeep!2 months agoMake sure you decline all added fees not required to purchase the vehicle BEFORE you pay & have your credit ran for financing… (unless you’d like additional perks) and double check everything before you sign to make sure the total is correct. They are not completely transparent about this unfortunately and I have a substantial amount of fees not mentioned during purchasing.I had a pretty long process of trying out different cars and dealerships and I was exhausted. This place just really streamlines everything and gives you affordable options in theory. Antonius helped me throughout the entire process and was really patient and understanding. Went over anything I needed to understand without any hesitation. Do thorough research on the car and you want and try out everything. I got a really reliable car out of it and very happy with my choice.

2 weeks agoHighest marks! I live in Asheville, NC and bought my 2017 Tesla Model S here, which wasn’t close by. Lance was my guy, and he was fantastic. I’m a critic by nature and don’t leave many reviews unless thoroughly warranted. And he/they deserve a huge stamp of approval. We all buy cars with anxiety, but if my experience is the norm, try to feel more at ease. From Lance to their finance dept (I’m forgetting her name as I type) – straight shooters and the nicest people. Having driven the car now for almost three months zero in my Tesla has unexpectedly popped up so I think I’m in the clear at this point and can leave my review with confidence. Note, they offered me the extended warranty and I took it because I have a Tesla and well, I’m nervous naturally. There WAS a preexisting condition (faulty door handle) I knew about before I bought the car. I had it fixed and they paid out far faster than I would have imagined so their advice was spot on and I’m glad I purchased it. I know they sell a lot of Teslas and if you’re in the market for one, I would trust Birmingham Luxury Motors without question. Thanks guys!in the last weekI will say that I went in armed with knowledge on how to handle this transaction. However, all the sleezy sales tactics I was looking for never happened. No one asked me what I wanted my payment to be and no one needled me when asked if I was trading and I said I don’t know. I test drove it and told them I would probably be back and that was that. I came back 2 days later with a check from my bank to purchase the car. They beat the interest rate. Also the car had a doc fee and that was it. There was no list of bogus fees. Other than having to wait on the person in front of me to get his paperwork done it was the easiest purchase ever.a month agoI purchased a Lexus SUV from them yesterday and had an excellent experience. I live in Florida and was able to do pretty much everything over the phone and internet for the purchase. a month agoSo I was looking for a Silver Telsa and this place was awesome they had at least 20 different types in stock! Very clean vehicles and sales associate Lance was very patient. He held the car for 48 hours so I could come from another state to pick it up! He answered the 1000 questions I asked him lol but seriously! He was patient and went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a low appraisal on a trade-in he was able to add another 1k to help me out! Awesome place Finance person forgot her name but she was awesome as well! So if you looking for a good price luxury car this is the place. 2 months agoSales team had great interpersonal skills. They also worked diligently to help provide me with monthly payment options within my range . I give the sales team 5 stars for communication. However, prior to buying the vehicle I expressed concerns about some shaking in the vehicle. Unfortunately this issue was not fixed when I purchased the vehicle, I was urged to purchase due to change in inventory. I really liked the truck which is why proceeded to purchase however, I was very weary of the shaking and driving in the rain I felt very uncomfortable and worried. I’m writing this review because after expressing concerns for the tires multi times to not only my sales clerk but management the issue has yet to be rectified in a timely manner and I purchased the vehicle three weeks ago. I was put in a temporary car for a day for them to “fix” the shaking however all they did was rotate the tires to the back and I was still able to feel the shaking in the back. Overall I give them 3 stars. 2 stars for amazing people and sales skills bur loss stars for professionalism. Due to a decrease in sense of urgency to fix the vehicle vs the energy they had getting me to purchase the vehicle. It has somewhat took away from the joy of purchasing my new vehicle , I felt as if I bought a headache instead of a beautiful new truck. And it proposed an inconvenience having to go back to the dealership during my lunch breaks because the problem was not fixed.4 months agoI inquired online that same day a gentleman Mr. Robinson called me. I told him I was at work, had just moved to town and I needed a car. I didn’t have the best credit either, I told him how much I could put down and what I could afford in payments. Let me tell you this man got me in a really nice 2019 Rogue in like an hour. He made it so so easy on me. I have been working a lot of hours with my new job and he did all that he could over the phone so when I came in I basically just had to sign paperwork. I am super thankful for the team and Mr. Robinson making this as easy on me as possible because I really do not like car shopping in the first place. If you want to feel comfortable, not pressured and actually helped go here. Let me add here I had inquired at SEVERAL other dealers in the area that wouldn’t work with me because of my crazy hours and because I had just started a new job.a month agoI was informed that the vehicle included free oil changes for life when I received my car. I was informed by service advisor today and the assistant service manager that the oil changes I have been getting for free since I received the car are no longer free. I was told by the service advisor that the oil change would only be free if I purchased new spark plugs and filters which would be hundreds of dollars. The assistant service manager added additional services that my car would be required to get before the oil change would be free. I asked her the price of the oil change without the hundreds of dollars in services and I was informed it would be $70. They informed me that this has always been the policy and when I asked why I was never informed of this before, I was told that they only started enforcing the policy last year. I received a free oil change last year and this was never mentioned.5 months agoSTAY AWAY! I purchased a Jeep Renegade from here. The price of the vehicle was $18,000 and we put $8,000 down, so we were only supposed to be financed for $10,000. NO! Come to find out from the finance company, we were financed for $21,000!!!!!! Absolutely unbelievable. I was also told my vehicle only had 84,000 miles on it and that is what is written on my paperwork, but it actually had 86,000 which takes 2,000 off of my warranty. Very unprofessional and very very shady people. They didn’t even let us test drive the vehicle before financing…their manager is very rude to his employees as well.
