This was my first serious purchase and they did everything in their power to help me with the process! When I bought the car it was having some issues and honestly with purchasing a used car I wasn’t necessarily surprised. I ended up getting a second opinion from another mechanic I know and he informed me the vehicles issues were easy fixes and were fixed like new. When I informed Global Motors of my cars problems they replaced parts and always told me to come back if needed. My dad always told me to get a second opinion no matter what so I took my car to a trusted mechanic I know. He told me that the job done with my wheels was a very poor job and needed some banging and straightening out ( that’s where the vibrating was accumulating from). I’m not sure who was working on my car but it was stressful for months☹️. I don’t remember the part name but that was the only issue. Overall I’m very happy with my vehicle.? Very grateful she’s mine! a week agoDON’T WASTE THE TRIP! We communicated with the dealership for two days on a vehicle we saw online. We scheduled a time to inspect the vehicle, let them know when we were an hour away – “they said see you then”. We arrived and were told the vehicle was not there. The salesperson (who we told we were coming) said he didn’t know the vehicle wasn’t there. He called the owner and he told him we would have to come back another time, the vehicle wasn’t ready. Employee said it happens all the time. We drove TWO HOURS FOR NOTHING! Not even an apology…. Find a reputable dealer to give your money to.2 months agoGreat selection and prices! We were told one thing then upon arrival their story changed. Drove a long way to look at a vehicle which may have been good but the owner and the person we were talking with via phone were rude. I was not willing to leave them money for a vehicle we would have to come back to get. They look good on line but it is a very unkempt shop. Not a good look for a place of business. Steer clear of them and take your money elsewhere.

a month agoI called about a 2014 Chevrolet equinox and they answered first call, answered all my questions and pictures and all the things and offered me to come that day. Unfortunately on my way there my car broke down, I get there and explain that my very minor plan turned into a major issue. They were very kind and understanding and even tho my car wasn’t on the lot yet, they still let me borrow a rental car until my new car made it on premises. It was the most simple easy process ever, and even after I bought and got my car, they even offered to buy my old vehicle off me right there on the spot. I couldn’t be more grateful that they were so honest and understanding in a pinch! 10/10 experience. I have no current issues with my vehicle, no lights. Would def reccomend.5 months agoI bought my 2015 Subaru forester from Spears. Was a super easy process. I couldn’t get anyone to finance me for the amount I wanted for a car but Debbie got that done for me. I also thought there was something wrong with it, which turns out there’s not but my warranty was extended for me just in case. They will work with you and a great place to get a car. They are an honest dealership! Over 40 years of service and there’s a reason for that. 🙂a month agoMe and my father both bought cars from this “business” about 5 months ago. We were both sick of buying cars outright, due to the fact that most owners would lie about them, and we would end up having to put exorbitant amounts of money and time into them just to get them on the road. We thought that going to a dealer such as this one would be different. Unfortunately it hasn’t been. My father leased a Chrysler 200, and I leased a 2012 Mini Cooper S. The first month and a half, the Mini Cooper drove fine, except for the fact that a tire they replaced that was losing air was replaced with a tire that blew just from scraping a curb. We didn’t take it out very much or for very far, as we live on Front Street. After we attempted to take it to Greene for work for the fist time, it started stuttering and losing power. So we parked it and tried to contact the owners. The first month, we were able to get a hold of them no problem. After that, we have yet to receive any returned calls or messages. About 3 months ago, we had tried to take it to Conklin to pick someone up from work, and to see how it ran. It died at the Love’s station. Ever since then, it has veen sitting in our driveway, still being paid for. The tow truck driver said it could be a head gasket. We’ve also heard fuel pump issue, even though the owners told us a new one was just put in….Either way, no response from the owners or their staff. My father’s car also might have a heater core issue and he just had to put a new battery in it. Luckily, his is still running for now. Otherwise I’d have no way to get to work. He has also had no luck getting in contact with them. These are not even all of the problems we have had with our vehicles. We are both looking into the lemon law, and so far, so good. We will be posting warnings about this “business” on every platform we can to warn others not to lease here. I currently just bought a 2015 Kia sportage for $13,000 if not more I sold them a 2014 X1 BMW that I should have kept because this car is most definitely not worth how much it was sold to me for. Drove the car 3 days if not less gave it back to the dealer & told them something is not right with this car multiple times. They took it back for almost a whole month & gave it back it was still running the same. I have asked for copies of the mechanic paper work & for some reason there is none. This is beyond bad sales men ship & I don’t wish this feeling on anybody trying to buy a car now I am fighting to get a new car due to the fact you couldn’t be a up front dealer & I am not the only one that feels this way so if your buying a first time car from them I’m begging you NOT TOO! most definitely the worst service I have ever had with a auto dealer. She came in on her day off so we could test drive the teuck and then came in on her week off so that we could get it purchased and bring it home 2 days later. My appointment took a little longer than usual as I had my breaks checked and a door molding replaced. Friendly as usual and took time to explain the work that was done and what needed to be done in the near future. I plan on scheduling my needed work to be done soon as I shouldn’t wait too long for service. Great place to take a vehicle for repairs and service. I have recommended them many times in the past.
Great service dept! Good communication in a world where this skill is hard to find. I was getting ready for a trip and in a bind. As a DIY guy, they could have told me to make an apt and prioritized their regular customers. Instead, I left the vehicle with them and they were able to squeeze me into a busy schedule and get me back on the road. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.
