I kid you not, the WHOLE staff is beyond kind, welcoming, easy going, and treat you well, like every human being should be treated, with dignity, kindness, respect, and understanding! From showing me their vehicles, to test driving them, to the buying process, this was the best experience from start to finish ever buying a vehicle! Perry, and BJ are so easy going, so willing to help, they definitely went the EXTRA mile for me, and I’ve witnessed them do that for every single person that walked in their doors! May God bless them!5 months agoWe can’t say enough good things about our experience buying a truck at Auto Resource! We went to check out some trucks and just browse during the week, not really knowing if we were for sure purchasing yet. Their sales approach of letting us come to them, made us come back that weekend as we felt so comfortable not being attacked by sales people. That weekend, we knew which trucks we wanted to test drive, and BJ was awesome at answering all our questions and letting us check out several. We then decided to take the weekend and think about it, and he was great, no pressure to leave with a car. Came back Monday, he got us a better rate then our pre-approval, and we drove off in a new truck!! That same day, the AC stopped working. We brought it back in, no questions asked, they took care of it. Next time we need a vehicle, we 100% know were we will go and can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again!

We did notice our break lights were not working after leaving the dealership but that was on us for not fully checking. Otherwise was a quick and painless purchase.2 months agoSpent a little more than I was hoping, but the definition of a good deal is one all parties can be happy with, so in that respect, it was a good deal.We worked with Mel Hinton- super nice guy! Since the cars on this lot tend to require a little more TLC, he was upfront about all the issues he knew about. Once the negotiation was complete, we signed the paperwork, and were on our way easy-peasy. Overall, not a bad afternoon!

I walked on the lot and advised Trey that I wasn’t looking to finance and had a strict budget for a vehicle. I mentioned a few vehicles that I had viewed on their website prior to arriving and he was quick to tell me about them. He was very transparent with anything he knew about the vehicles and never pushed me to look at something outside of my budget. The whole process, from walking onto the lot to driving off in my new (to me) vehicle, was very quick and efficient (which was great, considering I had two small children with me!).

Bought my truck from randash less than a week ago, had nothing but problems with it since I picked it up. Check engine light on after 3 days, sputters and dies in the middle the road, for 25k I expect to get more than a WEEK out of it. They added a warranty on it, but between losing my vehicle for WHO KNOWS how long while they try to “fix it” and all the bad things I keep hearing about their service, I’m afraid to try and use the warranty. Be careful what you buy here. It only runs and looks good long enough to get it off their hands!
Joe was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He helped us navigate any “hurtles” we had to get us into a safer car. We appreciate all the ways Joe and Juel helped get through the paperwork ahead of time and the day we came in. Amazing service.
Juel and Tony were WONDERFUL help!
