  I absolutely LOVE my new F-250!! I had been shopping for months before I met Curtis Wolf at Lakeview Ford. I never imagined how easy this process would be to find the perfect truck to meet the needs of my family and buisness. Curtis was very detailed with explaining all the new features and options I was not used to. (My previous truck was an f-150) My favorite feature is the Pro-Trailer technology. I haul trailers everyday, often times disconnecting them and reattaching them multiple times a day. The Pro-Trailer feature backs up my truck and gets it perfectly in line to attach the trailer. I LOVE THIS!! Saves me so much time! All of the staff at Lakeview Ford were wonderful. I’m very thankful for meeting Curtis Wolf. He has gone above and beyond with customer service. He helped me find the perfect tonneau cover, made sure my truck was sparkly clean for pick up, and followed up with me after I drove it off the lot to make sure I knew how to work all the features.   Professional staff. Super nice and manager even came out during ‘money talks’ and helped negotiate a fair price. We also had our 1.5 year old daughter with us.   The process was smooth and simple. But be VERY cautious when purchasing a vehicle here. I know it’s tempting. Especially for people with no other options and in need of a vehicle. On the third day of having a vehicle from them, i started notcing a hot fluid smell and the car threw a check engine light. I Immediately took it to autozone to have them check codes and it came back four pages worth of issues the vehicle could potentially have. With the main one being a faulty thermostat. Kind of a big deal. Luckily i was eithin the 5 days and had the option of returning it which i was able to do eith no issues. Don’t be impulsive and end up in over your head with a bad deal and vehicle.

  It lacked a sense of decorum. They were having a blast with each other while I sat there helping my mother fill out the paperwork. First time ever that she has been in a dealership, as my father use to do all that before he passed, I was not pleased that we need to call out to them while they were in there offices talking to one another.

  the first automatic payment never came out of my account.

  I set up an automatic withdrawal of $140 per week . That would have kept my payment on time every month.

  If I wasn’t paying attention, it would cause my first payment to be late.

  Because they have not taken my payment on the scheduled date for a withdrawal of the first payment.

  Now it’s the second week, and guess what???

  Nothing!

  They think that by not taking $140 a week, I won’t have enough for my payment, but guess what!!! I will!!!

  I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

  Greg communicated very well when I inquired about purchasing a Jeep Wrangler they had on the lot. I knew what I wanted & brought my car & title to trade in for the Jeep. They offered me a low price for my 2012 Subaru but I realize that’s what dealerships do. I drove 2 hours to get there. He was late for our appointment. Then he spent about 15 minutes on the phone to a utility company. Which I thought was rude since we had a preset appointment. When I took my Jeep to our mechanic in Muskegon there was a laundry list of stuff it needed. I asked Talbott to only take care of brakes because you should not sell a car with bad brakes ! Greg refused. He also responded with a rude email. I would not recommend doing business with Talbott motors.

  We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter and were on a tight budget. We found Talbot online, they had a few vehicles in our price range so we made the 30-minute drive to see them in person. Greg owns Talbot and another dealership down the road. We were at the other dealership down the road when we met Greg, we test drove a car there and while doing that Greg looked into a few other options at Talbot and had them running and warmed up for us when we arrived to look at them.

  Greg and his staff took good care of us and worked with our budget to get our daughter in a car that is safe and nice on the inside and outside. The car we decided on needed an alignment and Greg took care of that for us and filled the car up with gas for us. It’s been a few weeks since we purchased the car and we haven’t had any issues and our daughter loves the car. We will be recommending Talbot to our friends and family.
