I was able to go into the service center and get out within an hour and 20 minutes and they actually took care of the cost for this service. I was shocked that they were willing to do that and I didn’t ask for it. Thanks guys, and we will be back!I’m disappointed and honestly just incredibly confused. I had an appointment today for an oil change at 12:30pm. I live in Canton and it takes me about 30 minutes to get there. I arrived at 12:20 and the service member that came to my car came out. I let him know of my appointment and he told me that they wouldn’t be getting to my car until at least 1:30. I’ve never had an appointment for anything in my life that gets pushed out an hour plus without some sort of contact to let me know. I asked if I could come back at 1:30 instead of waiting in the store and he said that my appointment would not be held. I don’t get it… why take appointments at all? This isn’t the only issue I’ve had with Honda service centers but it’s definitely the last.

He was genuine, kind, responsive and relentless in trying to get me the best deal. 3 months agoI’ve always loathed the car buying process until meeting Mr. Cameron Thompson – we were so impressed by Cameron’s ease of support and responsiveness. We never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle that didn’t suit our needs and he approached the entire process with a lot of ease that truly made the experience enjoyable. Cameron took the time to go through the car’s features to make sure we were setup for success to enjoy all the amenities of our new vehicle. I’ve never had a car salesperson show me this level of personalization in the process. Looking forward to working with Cameron for our future car buying.

He was not only a fun and great person to be around, he was all business and got me into a wonderful safe vehicle for my family. Amazing people at this dealership! I do not often post reviews, so when I do they mean something! First of all, I have never had the door opened for me as much as I did during my four hours spent buying a used car. Every time I went in or out, a Toyota employee made it a point to open the door. Classy!
Shout out to Kyle- he sold me the car and was nothing but fair. Not at all pushy, but did his job as a salesperson! He treated my 23 month old with dignity and came through with a little Toyota football to occupy him. Brilliant!
Second shout out to Tony- he spent over an hour helping me sort out insurance issues on the phone with Progressive. He hooked the baby up with some paper and markers. And when I thought I lost my debit card, he immediately went on the hunt for it!!
I will return here in the future simply based on todayās interaction- that is how great it was! Honest.
