Wow. All I can say is wow. The service department far exceeded my expectations. I am dumbfounded at how the service department has a single bad review. Amber is quite possibly one of the nicest, respectful, and enjoyable person that I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. I came in with a misfire on my 2017 wrangler and amber made it easy and kept me updated all throughout the process. Travis might just be the smartest technician that I’ve ever met. He really knows his jeeps and he is super cool. His customer service is next level. Thank you Courtesy!! I look forward to coming back for services!

My husband and I recently found ourselves needing to buy a new car. We browsed their website and picked a few to ask questions about. We got there at 10am Saturday and by 12pm left with our new car. Very easy process and very kind people.

I’m posting this for my mom. I helped her with her purchase.

Nate was amazing. Very patient, helpful, took a lot of time with my parents lease trade in and car purchase. I can be particular about details and I would absolutely buy another car from Nate. Thanks!

Well here is a problem that I have with your company… I was pregnant & my family needed a bigger vehicle. We trusted courtesy in helping us.

Brad from.courtesy dodge failed to give us a car fax report. He also failed to tell us that the 2017 gmc acadia denali was in an accident. You see multiple ?s about our vehicle… a trunk piece that was missing, the back hatch not lining up… and more ?s but good old Jimmy boy was quick to tell us he’d take care of it all & make sure we had a trunk piece that was missing & basically sold us his soul back & forth so we would purchase the vehicle… Which by the way maybe 2 promises he made happened out of probably the 10 he made.

We were about to sign the papers but I ended up listening to a voice-mail from my doctor stating that I had precancerous cells & that she was 99% sure I had cervical cancer. We left that evening with out signing the papers we got in our 2019 jeep cherokee trailhawk elite that was our trade in & went home to sort things out.

We felt rushed to make the decision with me being 8 weeks pregnant & with our devastating news. I went in for a LEEP procedure the day my husband signed the papers January 17, 2023.

I was diagnosed with 1b3 cervical cancer. Doctors wanted me to terminate my pregnancy & undergo chemotherapy & radiation right away. I don’t believe in terminating any pregnancy & I would put my life at risk before my children. I had a hard time finding doctors who would agree to having me as a patient. I had no other options with the difficulties I was having but to undergo chemo while pregnant. My son endured 5 chemo sessions with me before being forced to have him at 34 weeks.

We have a very healthy baby boy that was born July 5th,2023. I then had a postpartum hemorrhage, blood transfusion & postpartum pre-eclampsia so I nearly died 3 times alone just with my pregnancy & these complications had nothing to do with my cervical cancer.

After having a 21hr magnesium drip from the postpartum pre-eclampsia, we noticed that the ACADIA emblem was going up our vehicle at an angle. I then told my husband we need a car fax report. We purchased one & guess what the vehicle you SOLD US WAS IN A REAR END AND FRONT PASSENGER END ACCIDENT. A VEHICLE THAT WE KEPT SAYING IT WAS FOR OUR FAMILY.

Multiple issues happened not even with in the 1st month of having it. Thank God for extended warranty. This was at the end of January beginning of February.

We then contacted the owner John Ventura, I luckily did a nice internet search & found his cell phone number. He talked to my husband & I and told us to come down that he would help and make things right. We understand we did put some miles on the vehicle for my appointments from Johnstown where we live to Pittsburgh for my doctors appointments but at that time it was under 4 thousand miles that we put so we understood that we would take a small loss. & we did carry $3,500. Negative equity but you didn’t offer us anything any other dealership has when we took our vehicle other places after we tried to let you make things right…

You never made things right…. you offered us way less than other dealerships did. After we told Mr. Ventura our story. Our 2019 jeep we bought brand new it had less than 30k on it. Our family isn’t used to buying used vehicles. We normally buy brand new but with a baby on the way we needed something bigger & pretty fast. We kept asking ?s about the ACADIA to Jimmy boy & Mr I know nothing on how to do my job Brad, so I need to have Jimmy to answer every ? For me.

We came to you for a bigger vehicle & it was well known multiple times that it was for our growing family. You never gave us a car fax report bc if we would have known the vehicle was even in a minor fender bender we would have never ever ever have bought it. Don’t trust this dealership they are snakes

By far the best dealership I’ve worked with bought my truck from them with only power train warranty they replaced my radio for free due to the screen going bad. Now my truck is in for more work they give you loaner car without questions and call you to update with where they are with the vehicle. Way better service than I had in state college.

I just bought a 2015 Chevy Cruz from signature Autodrive. I worked with Randy and I have never had the best customer service as I did today. If everybody that bought a car had Randy as their sales person. They would be worry free stress-free and walk out a happy person he made it so I could get in the car I wanted and he never once told me know he did everything he could to make this dream of mine come true. And Randy if you’re reading this thank you so much for everything. I’ll owe signature auto drive and Randy more than they will ever know. Thank you Randy!!!!

I needed a new car in a hurry. I needed something safe and reliable but also affordable. Randy hooked me up with the perfect car for me and my kids with affordable payments and a great interest rate (even with pretty bad credit)! He is knowledgeable, skilled and works quickly. I 100% recommend going to see Randy when you are in the market for a vehicle!!

so I bought a f150 off of one of the sales guys. Told them I need A very reliable vehicle bc first off me being a volunteer firefighter and also a hard working man. The sales guy insisted it was a reliable vehicle and he would buy it if he had to. so took vehicle for text drive. Rode nice other than a constant bounce. salesman guy told me if you put new tires on it it would be so much better. So I did. Nothing changed rides worse. so I called, talked to service and was informed they don’t do outside work on there vehicles they sale. So I called around and found no one wants to work on their junk bc their warranty doesn’t pay the garage enough to do the work. So went to get truck inspection done and was told it didn’t pass bc the manifold was cracked. So once again called signature and was told the same thing. We don’t work on vehicles once we sale them. So what is the point charging ppl to buy the warranty when no one works on it or except the warranty. I have had this vehicle almost a year now and have to say I hate driving it bc it makes me sick with the shaking it has. I wouldn’t buy a bicycle off these ppl. I think they are crooks. Thank you signature for selling me a vehicle that I had to put 1800 dollars in it to pass inspection. This place is a joke.

Great results. Buddy Blackie worked with us through the whole process and helped find a payment option that fit our budget with an efficient lienholder. Car works great so far with very reasonable maintenance needs for the mileage and age. He helped us get into a vehicle just in time for Thanksgiving, too! Looking forward to the ownership of a reliable Toyota.

  1. I had two very good sales persons. They were Eric Black and Brian Escala. They were very helpful in helping me choose my new Buick Envision I love ❤️ it. Two great guys. Thank you both.

  2. Great car buying experience. Low pressure fair price and nice selection with having 5 dealerships. Especially would like to recognize my sales guy Christian. He did an outstanding job, very patient and professional.

  3. Was contacted in February of this year to have my 2015 terrains recalls fixed. Scheduled late March. They had the parts then. And sent me home with it not fixed. Stating not needed to replace at this time. A recall? Not needed?. 6 months later another inspection of my wipers they REORDERED a part they had 6 months prior to fix it! The very next day, WIPER BROKE! Could have been a serious accident!! As why they did the recall right? So why did they not take care of it in March??!!!
Contacted them about a loaner car to get me back and forth to work. And no loaner. I had to spend 3 weeks paying people to get me back and forth to work. Call after call. Nothing!!
This was a recall safety issue!! I should of immediately had a loaner car for this safety issue that SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF IN MARCH!!

  4. Can’t say enough about our experience with Stuckey GMC. Eric was awesome to work with and made the entire process super smooth. Matt and Brady were also great to deal with. The whole experience is one of the best we’ve had in buying a car!

  5. Bought our 2019 GMC Acadia here, the car buying experience was good and salesman were good.
    Service department not so much!
Fast forward one year from buying, the car had a check engine light for camshaft position sensor. Took the car in for warranty repair and dealt with Brandon. Brandon did a great job dealing with us on the warranty work. Then everything took a turn. They asked if I wanted a multi point inspection for free. I agreed to it and was sent a repair quote of over $3000 dollars. Was told my front brakes were heat cracked and tires were close to failing state inspection. I told Brandon I don’t want any work done to the car, that I would do the work myself. *$600 for them to replace brakes (Napa $40 for a set of brakes and a little of my time). Now here is where it gets scary. We were told the car was ready to be picked up. My wife picked up the car and got most of the way home and called me crying that the car would not stay on the road when she would hit the brakes. She got the car home and I began the brake replacement.I found the brakes on the drivers side at 7/32 thick and not cracked, and all tires at 7/32. Removed the passenger side wheel to check brakes I found that they never put the brake pads back on .( took my car there for engine service) (car drove in with no braking issues). Called Brandon right away and he was baffled that the tech didn’t put the brake pads in and said we will take care of you, said me and my service manager Austin will call you first thing in the morning.
Next day Austin calls says I have one option. He would have someone deliver the ruined caliper to me at home and I can change it myself. I felt this was not the right answer. I pushed legal measure and he hung up on me.
Sorry for the long story, but ppl need to know how this service department works. Stay clear they are rip offs, And don’t care about the safety of your vehicle.
