9 months agoI’ve been doing business with Plaza Car Wash for about a year now, and my last few scenarios have been terrible. The lack of effort the detailers put into drying the excess water around my car is poor, which leaves multiple dry spots around my car that can damage the paint. When I voice a concern to the detailer that washed my car, there’s usually a communication barrier and sometimes and I’ll receive attitude from one of them if I feel like something hasn’t been done right.a month agoThis place is not honoring the coupons they are sending out for birthdays. I got my coupons and I tried to use them whole week and they either were closed or closing and are not able to provide service. I went there the very next day after the explosion of the coupons, because they were closed most of the day’s before, and all I get from someone who barely speaks English is – sorry nothing can be done. Even, explain, that, have been trying to use the coupons past week, and they were closed, or not working. When I ask for manager-he wasn’t there and he doesn’t have time to talk. I asked to call the Manager – not possible- no time . Very poor customer service and management. Don’t waste your time and money.a year agoThey way they take attention to detail to a whole other level here is amazing. My rims were always dirty after trying other hand wash places in Laurel, MD…but not after coming here. Everything was CLEAN, CLEAN. They even did a fabulous job with restoring cloudy headlights. I paid a modest extra price for the Aquapel windshield-glass treatment; to improve the visibilty. Comfortable seats in the customer waiting room.a year agoI’ve gone through a few cars over the years and there is only one place that can get it right when it comes to the minor details with getting your car PERFECTLY clean. 2 months agoCome through here before I processed the VPC. I used the drive-thru automatic car wash and it didn’t do a very good job. Luckily, the staff were kind enough to issue a *partial* refund. We ended up using clean rags to finish the job.5 months agoNot the 1st time I’ve purchased a wash and couldn’t wash my vehicle. Many time I used my card and was charged for two washes. If you use cash and can’t get your wash there’s no way to get a refund. It’s like this company give service based on location.4 months agoOverall good and clean, vacuums worked well, but several of the options on the car wash did not work (spot free rinse and turbo dry, specifically), so we wound up losing money as we’d accounted for that in our time.3 months agoThe $10 automatic wash did not remove the dirt on the side of my car. I can only guess that since it’s a brushless wash, presoaking does not work on vertical surfaces.6 months agoThe vacuums weren’t working great. The car wash was fine. We had trouble using a card and had to switch to the other car wash stall We felt unsafe. Early in the morning, as there was a man picked a car wash right behind us when the whole place was empty. He kept watching us. My daughter and myself. We were at the vacuum cleaning and vacuuming. He then pulled up right next to us to chamuie his car off in the sun, at the vacuum station. Who does that? He was still watching us, and his windows were all tinted black. It was only him and whoever in his car and us. We didn’t feel safe, so we hopped in the car and took off. We came back later with other people there. He was gone. I think they need a security guard or an attendant.

4 months agoThere’s so much I can say about this place but for the sake of time I will keep it short. I took my truck to get clean inside out and I must say it looks like my 9 year old son did it from the window to mirrors to the wiping down on the out side it was so bad then when my husband asked for to be done over they began talking in Spanish and walk away I ask to speak to a manager they told me he was the manager and there’s nothing she can do but I can call back everyday and see if the owner came in that day. My over all experience here was bad6 months agoAbsolutely would NOT recommend, they do not do nearly as good as they use to. (July 2023) I went today got a premium wash and tipped $10 just to find they didn’t wipe off any of my seats or my dash. I’m someone that keeps my car very clean to begin with but could still see dust and lint everywhere that only needed a quick swipe. Also they didn’t vacuum my trunk which was empty or my back seats. As far as the outside it was just smudges everywhere. Finally the windshield was not wiped at all. Very disappointed and will be taking my business to rainbow wash.3 years agoHorrible experience! I took my Mom to get her car washed today and it wasn’t cleaned properly, we were told her car was too dirty. The owner or manager said we needed to make an appointment! An appointment to get bird poop off and to get dirt out of cracks and crevices! If washing/ cleaning cars is your business there is no such thing as too dirty! (my Mom got the deluxe wash). The customer service is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this business. The previous owner has several great reviews with before and after photos showing cars covered with bird poop and the cars came out totally clean, there was even a guy who said he got his car washed once a year. If you are an old customer, you’re going to be really disappointed! There was no attempt to rectify the issue at all. I would have given no stars but that’s not an option.6 months agoThe detail is not there. I went by past reviews and bought the package but I will not be going her for my car wash. The new people just do not do it for me. I swear they do not vacuum the back/ the rug still looked just the way it was when I pulled up/ crumbs everywhere. Just save your money and go elsewhere7 months agoThis place is not what it used to be a few years ago. There is a completely new group of staff and the attention to detail simply isn’t there. The focus is on quantity, not quality. Three people vacuumed my car and still left debris behind. My cup holders and center console weren’t wiped down. Various spots on the interior were left dusty. Stains left on my windshield. Some areas left on my tires where they did not thoroughly utilize the tire shine.

I love this car wash! It is a tad on the expensive side, as in more than 8 dollars at your small town self serve, but they do a great job for what you get. Everyone is pointing out tiny missed spots on their cars but you aren’t paying for a full service auto body detail. This is in and out. If you want your car in complete immaculate condition you should pay for that service and be quiet. Overall amazing job. I love Kevin one of the supervisors he is so thorough and kind. They even have a coffee bar and couches inside for you while you wait. You can tell the staff really wants you to have a good experience.
Terrible experience! My rims are damaged and scarred as a result of going through this car wash. Of course the car wash blamed me when the cameras clearly showed my wheels against the railing. I was guided in by the attendant who gave me instructions and guided me into the bay. If he saw my wheels not properly aligned, he should not have allowed the wash to start. Immediately upon exiting the bay I brought it to the attention of the staff that I felt like my vehicles was being dragged through the bay. I inspected it and surely enough there was damage to my rims. They manager’s demeanor was extremely NASTY and she was aggravated that I would go along with her blaming me because I was sitting in the car. She tried to get my to believe that I was supposed to be steering the car while inside the bay. You know I am convinced that ignorance is BLISS! I canceled my meeting and will not ever take my car back. And I do plan to take them to court!
It was an excellent service from the girl Ana Martinez and her partner, I don’t remember their name but they were very kind and they did a phenomenal detail even though my 15+ passenger red Ford Transit had a lot of sea sand and they left it impeccable, I would even like it if They were given a bonus for their hard work and charisma, efficiency with customers!!! ??
Best car wash place in the city. Martinez and Gabriela did a fantastic job with my detailing. This place also has a really good espresso bar for those who want good coffee while waiting. Would defn come back.
They got the car done ahead of schedule and it looks amazing! I don’t think my car has ever looked better. I highly recommend, and we will go back again! Thank you for a job well done.
