Standing in front of the store. It’s 9:39 while the store is supposed to open at 9:30. We can see the staff through the glass door – they are having a meeting. But why during work hours? Nobody responds to knocking.

Visiting from Canada. The items are generally the same but the prices will surprise! I unfortunately could not find my size but for comparison: I had just purchased a blazer @ 69.999 + CAD TAx that I found for ~ 43.00 CAD. As I had just purchased this before my trip, the prices were within 3 days of each other.

Shopping in EU is cheaper for a lot of brands that start out in EU. Highly recommend keeping Zara here in mind when visiting.

This shop is pretty good. It is not very big but you can find women, men and kids clothes. I went on a weekday and it was not very busy. The clothes were very well organized. Staff was very friendly and helped me to find my size (which was in the deposit). The low point are the cleaning of the dressing room. I have been there many times and there are always dust :/

I would even rate the experience 0, the cashier, a short guy, just so anyone else would avoid him for the awful experience, he was very disrespectful and racist, he refused to speak English while he understood perfectly what I was saying and still kept answering in German. Very rude behavior from a store where foreigners and locals go.

Awful!!! The worst experience ever! I thought Zara cares about their customers. But it seems like “the comfort” of the employees is more essential

My mom wanted to try on some clothes, so I went to the fitting room together with her to see and tell my opinion. And the employee forced me to leave and wait in the hall. The reason for that:”It’s more comfortable for me and my colleagues “ Sorry, what??? I haven’t heard such thing at any shop! During the discussion the girl (tall with curly hair) was so rude and even didn’t turn to me. Eye contact? Nope. Seems Zara employees have no idea about that and how to be friendly at all. It made us leave the shop without buying anything. It’s not even worth this 1 star

  1. This is the biggest Zara I know in Switzerland. They have many floors and from regular clothes to make up and even Zara Home. When I need something I normally look here first because the section is bigger. The only thing I dislike is the queue to the wardrobe. Sometimes it’s sort and sometimes you wait up to 40min to try your pieces on. On weekends its very crowded.

  2. We went there to check for a lost belonging, which is very important to us. We asked the staff downstairs for their help, and they were very nice. However, the staff on the upper floor was extremely rude to us (The Girl who only Spoke Englisch). Instead of helping, she laughed at us and told us it might be in the trash, which is extremely unprofessional and rude.

  3. The shop was ok. I just expected it to be much bigger, or much better stocked. There is (only) one floor for women’s clothes, and the stock isn’t the best – I was told to check the store in Lausanne, which obviously living in Zurich isn’t convenient…
