Nevertheless, the most negative point is about the shop assistants. My experience at this place was not really positive. I wanted a black blouse, and I ordered it with the guidance of the shop assistant. I wanted the color black, but they twice ordered the grey color for me wrongly! Again, one another time, I went there and wanted to check the availability of an item by one of the staff. A very impolite lady upon my question said: ”how should I know?!?! Go and check all this place yourself!!!” I was really shocked to hear this. Then, I asked another shop assistant, and she checked the item. I think maybe some of the staff need to be re-trained!

2 months agoAlot of options and sizes for formal amd casual dressing. Big store for both men and women wear. Loved the experience.a week agoSays open until 20:00, however, we were denied service with 5 minutes to spare. In addition, the man was disrespectful and not considerate. He was expecting me to walk down the ascending escalators; it’s just not feasible. As I explained that I would need to come down on the descending escalators, he began ushering my family out of the store (knowing I would clearly be back down in 20 seconds to rejoin them). Had the man shown patience and grace, the situation would’ve ended in positive spirits. That man needs to learn how to encounter individuals in a manner that differs from hostility and belligerence. Not normal to act that way.a year agoThis is awful clothes shop which has a lot of fake Zara brands that made in turkey, I don’t know why such fake brand in such beautiful country still exciting, and also they have only women’s clothes which means most likely is deceiving people to get and collect money and I think in my opinion it is the dirty business which should be stopped as soon as possiblea month agoWhat’s with this Zara store. Poorly organised. I arrived when the shop opened on a Saturday morning to try things on, but they would not open the fitting rooms until 13:00, two hours later. So, I ordered multiple sizes online as I don’t have time for this. Trying to return the other items now and there is probably 50 people here doing the same thing. Really poor customer experience.
Brilliant, stunning Hotel in a great location. First class service and accommodation. We will certainly be back.

My experience at the ZARA shop was a bit mixed. The store’s layout and design were impressive, reflecting the modern and trendy style that ZARA is known for. The variety of clothing options was also quite extensive, catering to different tastes and preferences. I did find the customer service to be a bit lacking during my visit. The most frustrating thing is the huge line to the cashier!!!
I love the clothes, but the staff here is unfortunately very rude. I came here to exchange an item that was broken. Me and my boyfriend went to the desk and the lady already didn’t respond to our greeting. Then I put the bag with the item on top of the counter and asked (in Dutch) if I could exchange it for a new one cause it was broken. The lady had a bad face and started making hand gestures that I had to take the item out of the bag (still didn’t say a word to me). When I took it out she started taking it in and said (in English) that she will refund the money. I responded that I would like to exchange it for a new item. Then the lady responded: “Hello, I can’t smell that.” Then I responded that I just had said it in Dutch and didn’t know that she hadn’t understood it. Then she said: “I don’t have the item in my pockets.” While making gestures that we had to search the item. We didn’t know that it works like that cause in other stores the staff will search it for you. A normal staff member would explain this to their costumers.
I find this treatment extremely rude and I will never come to this store again. I hope they treat other costumers better in the future.
Bad quality!
I bought a dark blue T-shirt, but after a couple of weeks, it changed to red.
I asked the store to get it back (less than 2 months), but they said you had to bring it back before 30 days!
