2 months agoThis is a huge H&M with lots of floors. The store was super clean and organized. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They had some great deals when we went. I will definitely be back.a week agoGreat selection and the store is usually clean and well organized. My major issue with this location is the check out time. I was there yesterday and it took over 35 minutes. Maybe they’re short staffed but it such a pain. When I walked out the line was nearly at the front door.5 months agoHonestly the worst check out location ever. Always long lines with associates who can’t answer basic questions, let alone smile at you. If you have 45 minutes to wait in line, this is a place for you.4 years agoH&M on Michigan Avenue was fun to visit again. It’s been years since my retirement and priorities switch at my age.I didn’t know that they added a home department on the third floor, and carry women’s large sizes on two. Didn’t have time to look at all the accessories or to checkout the men’s department.
What I did see included creatively designed clothing at bargain prices. Staff were friendly, and helpful. The change of season dressed the store with sale signs. I think I visited each one.
Isles are wide. The store is wheelchair accessible. Located across from the Watertower, it’s a quick walk to most restaurants, two large malls and a ton of speciality stores. Leave early, stay late.

5 months agoNice location, a little bit overcrowded and sometimes check out lines or fitting rooms are very long but overall nice locations.The good thing the do have H&M home – I love their selections Fitting rooms needs to clean more often… sometimes I don’t even want to try on anything on them, way too dirty.
a year agoThis is lovely but busy H&M! It is well stocked and Always tidy, they have a lot of check outs so there is not a lot of wait time. The return process is very easy but at the moment they don’t give gift cards for exchanges I think you get your money back or find an equivalent.a week agoHad the opportunity to see security remain calm and professional while being confronted by a menacing man who snatched an empty bag from cash register area. He caused a commotion all the way to the exit and on his way out, harked up a large quantity of sputum, spitting it directly in the face of your brave security guard. Unfortunately, I also was in the line of fire.I felt unsafe, knowing that in just a brief moment, such as this, someone could have been hurt or, worse. We see examples of random acts of violence every day in this city. Please consider budgeting in P.D. as part of your security team to protect your security, and of course, your customers!!
a year agoIf you become an h&m member with an email ID in store, you get an extra 10% discount on your first purchase with that email ID.Good number of fashionable options at a great location with 4 floors of clothing and accessories at prices that are very friendly to the pocket.
You can also pick up online orders here which is quite convenient if you know your sizes. They also have a 30 day return window.
a month agoI’ve been to this H&M several times and I’m always able to find cute things. It can get crowded but never too bad or overwhelming. I was inclined to write this review today because Sandra was our cashier and she was such a delight. You don’t encounter many workers in retail who are genuinely happy, and actually excited to check you out lol. Sandra however, was so happy and ready to start a conversation.

Fast fashion at its finest. A wide choice of clothing with attentive sales staff and duds were perfectly positioned, stocked with ample sizes. One of Manhattan’s smallest sites and now one of our favorites. An ideal location for picking up some basic pieces needed in most closets.
It was nice. Lots of sale items. I thought I was getting a pair of jeans for 19.99 because it was in the sale section that stated so. Sometimes people put stuff back in the wrong area. A little disappointed but I understand. And then the impulse pair of striped pants I bought don’t fit well. The dressing room was closed. Good thing they have a decent return policy.
Don’t be discouraged! It’s a nice store to shop.
5 stars for selection and layout but 2 stars for experience. This location is literally always understaffed (or not using enough employees as cashiers). I’ve left this specific H&M location several times now bc I didn’t have time to wait in a checkout line that went well past the designated area and anywhere from 1-3 cashiers working.
This location has a great selection of clothes and ample sizes. It’s just that they do need more staff. I stood online waiting to pay for an item and also pick up an online order for over 25 minutes. I have to say the young man that was checking everyone out was exceptionally professional and patient. I would have lost my cool 5 times over. Management needs to do better. You can’t have a line almost 20 people deep with just 1 person on the register. That’s just horrible customer service.
