Stuff is friendly and speaks English2 weeks agoGreat place for shopping clothes, shoes, and bags9 months agoThe woman in cashier was so rude.I bought almost 200€ clothes and I ask her for helping to understand one of the explanation on clothes she kept ignoring me even if it wasn’t in rush hour . i won’t back there for sure5 years agoWe have been an H&M customer for a very long time. We have visited several stores in different countries and I am sad to say that the experience in this one was the worst by far.My wife was treated very unprofessionally by two very rude customer reps. After entering the store my wife ask to use the restroom and both employees literally kicked my wife out of the store, even when she explained that she was purchasing at the store.
Even if a customer end up not buying anything, there was no reason whatsoever, to treat another human being with lack of good manners or compassion.

a month agoNice cloths for a good price4 years agoGood place Variety of choice and prices too…Not of the greatest quality but avg quality…more for daily or seasonal wear And for all age groups…you get what you pay for…Has made a name. Young teens prefer it more that any other age group… Easy to choose n try from… Well lit and organised.3 years agoAlways a pleasure to stop at H&M and get something i don’t really need, but enjoy having and adding to my wardrobe. Good variety of everything as they follow the seasons change 》 so in the winter time like now u can find coats, warm dresses and pants, fancy New Years dresses ecc. Floor -1 is dedicated to kids, men and maternity fashion. There’s an elevator too, so easy to reach if your a mum with a stroller.》 The staff is 90% friendly. Good location. As soon as u walk out of the metro “Lucio Sestio”. Good deals sometimes on certain items, but hurry to get what u like, cuz i went back after a couple of days and the whole section was changed and i couldn’t find the item i liked anymore.3 years agoThe Place is Huge and the collection also good. Clothes sometimes don’t last for ever but who wants them to nowadays!!!

Very bad experience. They were unkind. I asked for the special free tax receipt because I bought 200€. So I showed the ticket of my wife my daughter and the one I had payed in the third floor. They said they couldn’t made the tax free form because I had three tickets and it should be ONLY one….. I’m not suposed to pay vat, and you must give me the receipt I need, it’s you legal duty. Very corrupt and burocrat.
Stoe is as you expect for an h&m store but really rude staff. Was sitting in the stairs not blocking anyone mind you with a bunch of other guys (in a line so there was no obstruction and the flow in the stair was low so no problem) security guard came and cleared us out. Please allow us somewhere to rest while we w8 for our partners.
Considering the size of this store it’s quite shocking to be told that there are no bathrooms and not a single seating or resting place in the whole store! Is H&M more interested in profit per sqm than customers well-being?
Non-existent customer service! The cashier was rude and unfriendly. Fair enough if there’s a language barrier (which I don’t think there was) but a smile or bonjourno wouldn’t go a miss.
The cashier barely looked at us when serving us, practically shouted at us to “ask” if we wanted a bag and then virtually threw the bag at us on the counter once she’d aggressively finished packing our goods.
I don’t care if you hate your job. Don’t take your behaviour out on your PAYING customers… tourist or not! Just avoid.
Very disorganised staff, their baby section is very small with minimal selection, no maternity section and just discovered after travelling back home that the cashier yanked the magnetic pin off one of the items I bought so hard it left a hole and the clothing is now unwearable. Would not recommend this location
