  A vast collection of clothing with all kinds of sales and promotions on different collections for everyone. You can try out these clothes in designated areas and the service was fast. When it’s buzzy it can take a while before you can pay but eventually you’ll get there

  I went exclusively for home goods. They could have had a better selection and more as they have the space. There was no one working in the home department. Which was nice but a problem when I needed to ask a question. They have great bed linens though.

  This shop has always been one of my favorites in each country BUT sadly today, 27June2022, here in Brugge, in H&M shop I’ve experienced pretty rude service, and not only towards me, an adult , but also to my 11 y.o daughter. Somehow certain shop assistants separate customers according to the apperience and language they speak. I am really disappointed, I thought this brand is international and doesn’t support any national or racial intolerance. Please take measures.
