A hit and miss. Don’t get me wrong chili’s has some good food. Sometimes the food is served cold and takes way to long to get to your table and other times it’s served just right. The employees are also a hit and miss, some can be very rude while others are tolerable.
Haven’t been here in awhile. I’ll have to give them another try to update my review
By Sate Simone (10 months ago)Worst experience ever, but not sure who to point the finger at. They weren’t that busy, 6 or 7 tables including the bar patrons, but it seems they are limited in staff. We were seated immediately and the hostess was very friendly. 22 minutes later someone came to take our drink order and then our food order was taken quickly after that. The table next to us was 3 young women who were loudly vocalizing about how bad their experience was, how slow the service was, and were cursing loudly and being very disruptive. Then at the table behind them this woman kept slapping and screaming at her 4-ish year old son and LOUDLY screaming infant daughter. I ordered an appetizer which was brought out well after the meal. The food was very good, but took forever to come out. I asked for crackers for the soup, which I never got, and for extra ranch that I also never received. Refills were pretty much non-existent and we had to ask multiple people to get them. The girls in the booth next to us had way less issues than us and they got a discount but when our bill came we just got extra stuff added to the bill that wasn’t ours.In summation:
Food = 5 star
Friendliness of staff = 4 star
Speed of service = 0 star
Quality of service/attentiveness of staff = 0 star
Staff ability to control chaos in dining room = -5 starBy Amanda Elaine Standifer (6 months ago)Service was fantastic and the food was super yummy! Always love the Santa fe chicken salad. Jyan was very attentive! 2 things I noticed. People were leaving because they were not approached for several minutes when they walked in anditwasn’tbusy. Also the woman’s restroom looked a trashy gas station bathroom. Other than that it was great!By Bonnie Burich (a year ago)After 2 years of not eating here because the service was previously consistently lacking, I gave this Chili’s another shot. Boy, did they surprise me! I ordered my food through the app, and was happy to see that the prices hadn’t increased too much from what I remembered. I ordered my food for Car Side Pickup.
The young lady who brought my food out was so pleasant! The name on my receipt says “Shae”, so I’m assuming that’s her name. She came out of the building WITH A GENUINE SMILE, walking SWIFTLY to my van! She was so polite that I will definitely return to this Chili’s! It was nice to feel like she valued me as a customer and like she is truly HAPPY at her job. My food was exactly as I ordered and ready when I pulled up, even though my expected pickup time was 6 minutes later. The food was hot and delicious! Thank you, Ms. Shae! You ROCK, ma’am!!!By Elizabeth W. (3 months ago)They refused to seat people and make them wait with 3/4 of their tables empty. The manager came out and took over for the hostess because she just kept making everyone wait through the dinner rush. I don’t buy the “we can’t seat people to avoid overloading the kitchen/staff” BS either. I worked in the service industry for more than 10yrs in every fashion. Get customers seated with a cold drink and explain the kitchen may be a bit behind. That is way better than sitting in the lobby. The majority of the staff moves in slo-mo without any sense of urgency. Food was pretty good.By Derek Booker (2 months ago)

We loved the many options that the buffet had to offer. The pricing was great. The crab legs are separate from the buffet ($16.00). They aslo have a Habichi section. Its an overall great place to eatBy Carlos Williams (3 months ago)Really expected better. I ordered vs getting from buffet but the orange chicken was dry and hard. Obviously been sitting vs made fresh. Probably just scooped off the buffet to fill my order. Quite disappointed. Chicken also in tiny pieces that were all hard. Worst I’ve ever had. They messed the order up too. Had to fix it, then I get home and realize they didn’t give me the fried rice.By Brian Hanks (2 months ago)Usually very good, typical Chinese buffet fare with sushi (Philadelphia and California roll types) and lots of dessert options. I don’t go there often; most recent visit had undercooked chicken in one of their selections 😌 Everything else was delicious, though.
No music, low lights in the dining area. Plenty of light around the buffet. Polite service. Lunch buffet was $12 without a drink. Plenty of parking, it’s in a strip mall. Across the road from the local Walmart.
By Meg Lots (2 months ago)I just had an extremely unpleasant experience here that could have been handled in a better manner. Those who dine with picky children know the challenges. We had an extra plate to see if our 5 yr old would even eat. Our waiter came over and asked how old the kids were. I told her our 3 yr old would eat but we want to see if our 5 yr old would eat. She waited around and looked at my son a few times. After the uncomfortable silence, my son looked at her and ate a bite of chicken. She said, “see, he’s eating.” We were charged for an extra person from a forced bite.
I told the manager that I was extremely upset. Not necessarily for charging for an extra person (I don’t mind paying), but for disrespecting my son. When I told the wait staff that I would let them know, I don’t need them hovering over my children!
I’d give them less than 1 star if I could. The food was mediocre.

I love this place! The food is always fresh and hot! The customer service is top notch! No long waits on getting your order. Food is served quickly! And those cheddar bay butter biscuits are soooo good!By Lamisha Hogan (8 months ago)The food is so good. Great soup too. The shrimp was really good.Cooked to perfection but the Lobster was over cooked and tough. Everything else was good. Steaks are very small but good.By Tamara Howard (a year ago)Really slow service I’m guessing short staff. Food was great though!By Edward Rodriguez (a month ago)Food here is very well prepared always hot and tasty! There was one dish..Advertised as a lobster fondue type dish..but when it arrived it was more watery cheese! Still 5 stars however for ambience and service. It’s much more lively around noon at lunch time but never overly crowded! We last visited on Veteran’s Day and were pleased to see them honoring all card-carrying Vets with a great meal! A nice Sunday couples or family drive!!!By Chan P (a month ago)While traveling to Hardy, Arkansas my husband and I decided to eat at Red Lobster 🦞 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. We was very disappointed. Our waitress was nice, but she couldn’t make up for everything we ordered, they were out of it. For instance, lettuce, bake potatoes, broccoli even A1 steak sauce. Their rice dish was cold and my steak was tender but over cooked. And our waitress needed some help, she didn’t have time to refill our tea glasses. And then when we went to check out they expected us to check out on a gadget on our table. It took 10 or 15 minutes to pay the bill. And the prices are over the top. I’m sure we will not stop there again.By Linda Mc (5 months ago)

What a blast from the past I haven’t been here in years and it’s still the same as it was in the 1980’s. When I used to come here back years ago it had pitcher beer but now it’s bottle beer . About as far as decorations they are still the same. The salad bar is is fresh and has a good selection of salad bar items. The super supreme pizza I ordered was hot and fresh out of the oven. Just good ole style pizzaBy Bill Causey (a year ago)So far I had good experience with this place and the pizza is delicious 😋By Siva Sravani Sadanala (3 years ago)Very cool retro place! Reminded me of when I was a kid going to places to eat! Very friendly people, and the pizza was good!By Christopher Hunt (2 months ago)The Buffett not what it used to be. They barely have pizza on the buffet. You have to request and wait on it. Not only that you can’t even fixed your own plate. They do it for you.By Natalie Craig (5 months ago)I love the salad dressing and the pizza is off the chain good place to eat good atmosphereBy Carl Anderson (a month ago)

My husband and I usually go to Tunica to gamble. We decided to come down here and play. Food was fantastic at the Quapaw. That gets 5 stars. Only complaints….no free drinks other than sodas, slots were tight and there wasn’t a variety of games to play. All in all, we’ll probably come back!
The hospitality was first-class!!! The buffet was hands down the best and the seafood left me speechless, but the shrimp tasted gritty. Very clean for the most part. The bathrooms need to be checked more often. I will have to travel there at least once a month
Jamal rocks! The best bartender ever! He and Barbara are truly valuable assets for the resort. They are both exceptionally professional, courteous and kind! They go above and beyond to provide fabulous customer service and Jamal made me the best old fashioned I ever had the pleasure of drinking. These fabulous people should be prompted immediately!
Buffet was out of this world!!!! Absolutely worth every penny. Every single thing we tried was 10/10 amazing! The casino itself is also super nice! Clean! Huge and spacious so you don’t feel crowded even when it’s busy! Lost $600 but hey that’s gambling! Definitely will be returning! Especially for the buffet!!!!
Buffet was delicious. Drinks were made spot on, just a bit of a line waiting at the bar. Had a blast playing the slots… Left with a bit of cash too… 💵 💲
