We had an amazing time at this restaurant. The service was AMAZING!!! NICE , CLEAN & GREAT ATMOSPHERE!! We loved Brittany, we first met her at lunch and she had an amazing friendly welcoming vibe and recommended awesome food & drink choices. The food was hot & fresh & didn’t take long to come out. I had the fish tacos, and my husband got the fish & chips. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we came back for dinner that same evening. For dinner my husband had the crab legs boil and I had the salmon with rice & broccoli, & we got dessert. DELICIOUS !!! It was super packed in the evening as we heard due to the amazing reviews but we were able to sit at the bar & still enjoy our meal. We sat at the bar & we had Matt as our server and he was also spot-on for recommendations & to our surprise we even got to see Brittany again and she remembered us : ) We were so lucky because they both made sure to take care of us with no questions asked and we felt so welcomed and at home. Thank you Brittany & Matt for making our experience relaxing and smooth & it was a pleasure meeting you both. The location is beautiful, whether you come for lunch watching the waves in the daytime or evening watching the sunset after a tasty meal with great service is all you can ask for when vacationing. We will be back again !!By Ashley Edwards (6 months ago)our party of 13 luckily had very hard to get reservations. When we got there we were sat about 15 mins after our reservation time, it was slammed though so we understood. We walked in to someone telling us it was going to be about a 2 and a half hour wait very rudely as we walked in we told him we had reservations and he replied “oh good for y’all those are hard to get”. After being sat we noticed it was incredibly hot in side but our waitress let us open a window so that was helpful she too said she was burning up not sure if AC was broken or not. Our food came out on great timing especially for a party as large as us. our waitress did an amazing job keeping drinks full and getting what we needed. food was amazing and large portions we would definitely recommend it just expect a wait especially going around dinner time. 😊By Macie Camp (5 months ago)Joe’s crab shack is always a fun place to eat. You can count on good quality seafood. there are a lot of choices between crab, fish, and shrimp. Of course they also have chicken and hamburgers for those non-seafood lovers. This restaurant is located out on a pier in Daytona Beach. Super fun place to eat. They are open late, which is nice. I would love to eat here again.By Nathan Hawkes (3 months ago)Beautiful place in Daytona, however, the food was not to my expectations. Prior to lunch we enjoyed some cocktails on the top floor. The music and the atmosphere was nice. As for the food it was dry and overcooked. We ordered the calamari, the Caesar salad and the fish and shrimp.By Irmarie Govind (8 months ago)The pros: food is usually good. I prefer their salmon and my husband picks the fish and chips or fish tacos.
The cons: I like to go to this place for the views of the ocean. For some reason the last three four times we ate here we were denied the table by the window. If you are in the area and want some ok seafood with amazing views then stop by but if you are like us and drive one hour for the view just to be crammed in the middle of the restaurant than save yourself the trip. Last time we had lunch the entire section near the windows was not used and all patrons were seated in the middle of the restaurant. We were told they would not open the section near the windows until the afternoon.

The first picture is their version of a fisherman’s platter. It had a piece of Grouper, shrimp, scallops, Grouper cakes and I chose onion rings. It was really good and I’d order it again! The second picture is grilled salmon which was also very good. We had a group of seven and everyone enjoyed their meals. Our server was very nice and patient! It seemed a little pricey, but given that it’s a tourist area and because of the current economy everything costs more, it wasn’t that bad price wise! If we get back that way, we’ll likely eat there again!By Daniel Ouellette (5 months ago)This is an amazing place if your vibe is to eat after a day at the beach. The costumer service is great! Everyone friendly with big smiles in their faces. The food? O.M.G. melt in your mouth! The drinks were also incredible! Will definitely go back!!By Diana Hernandez (5 months ago)The outdoor seating facing the street not the ocean is a missed opportunity considering it’s almost on the beach.
The waiter we had was personable. He came off as liking his job which was refreshing considering the hostess couldn’t of cared less for being there.
As long as you don’t go for the ‘catch of the day’ the food and drinks are priced accordingly to being on the beach.
The food and drinks were of good portions, and were very tasty.
By Janice Gibson (7 months ago)During our week stay in Daytona beach we ate here three times! Each time the food was amazing. The atmosphere is nice with live music and friendly staff. One of our favorite spots to eat at while here! I included some of our food pictures. Definitely recommend checking this place out.By Amanda (7 months ago)Nice ocean view restaurant. Large spacious indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Gigantic fishbowl drinks with take home glasses are very tasty. The shrimp and grits were creamy, spicy and had plenty of shrimp and sausage. All the seafood was fresh and delicious.By Laura Carregal (9 months ago)

Loved loved loved it. Kathy was our server and she was the best! She made us feel like family. The food was awesome and the view amazing. Adirondack chairs available to enjoy the view if you want to hangout after dinner. A great all around experience. Highly recommend 👍👍By Sharon Reinartz (3 months ago)Stopped here for supper and it was a very good meal! Nice and relaxing, chill spot right on the ocean! Chicken Tenders were good, good quality meat for sure, 8/10.
Our waitress Morgan was fantastic!!By Derek Siroin (9 months ago)Stopped for lunch here today, I had the Caribbean burger and it was phenomenal!! Their burgers are double patties so bring your appetite.. Our waiter Reggie was the bomb!! Sitting next to the beach on a sunny day was awesome.By Nicole Clauberg (11 months ago)It’s a must for us when we visit Daytona. Great food, great atmosphere. The staff is awesome and views make it hard to leave. One thing I did not care for was the lack of parking that was not valet. I don’t want to valet my car just to each lunch. I’m sure it has to do with keeping the lot from just anyone parking there but just something to keep in mind if your going..at least during summer months.By Robert (5 months ago)Land shark is a wonderful, wind down and enjoy the rest of your day place to eat. They have an outdoor bar located on the beach. They off inside and outside seating. They have a sanitizer station set up and the host stand for guest. Their staff is friendly and the food is amazing. Really good! This is our third time at this restaurant but my first review. We’ve dined here the last few visits to Daytona Beach. & it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant has a dog friendly patio and everything was super fresh. I ordered the crab cakes & oysters basically with crab cakes on them as well. My husband had shrimp and everything was good. Service was also good and there was no wait to dine in.By Ne’kea (8 months ago)Visiting Daytona found The Oyster Pub on Google. We got outside sitting, we want to enjoy the beautiful weather outside. We order a lot of foods from the menu we love most of the items, the only thing that I don’t like about the food was the size of the oysters a little bit too small.By Jimmy Chea (4 months ago)One of our favorite local places to go to when we come and visit Daytona. Staff is friendly and food is delicious. Would highly recommend. We have been here about five times everytime we come to this side of town and it has always been on point. Thank you for your consistency!By Patricia DoRosario (a month ago)Had to come back to Florida & eat some good seafood. Didn’t know where else to go. No doubt about the place, read reviews & was intrigued. The guest service was great, sat us (12 people) right away. Our waitress Sunshine was awesome, in order got our drinks, appetizers & main course. Got 1/2 doz. raw oysters & dozen grilled oyster, it was awesome. Fish Taco, grilled shrimp & ribs were ordered served & devoured. My Patron margaritas were on point. Food was great as well as the beach the rest of the evening.By Yesenia Castro (9 months ago)Food and service is excellent. We went twice during our trip to Daytona Beach. This place seems like a local favorite so I will trust they know best. The nachos and wings are good as well as the entres. Fried fish sandwich and the bourbon glazed salmon were both delicious! 👍👍👍👍By Aaron L (a year ago)

It’s a popular restaurant similar to any other beach side restaurants. It opened a small portion of entire restaurant and the deck was closed. We went there for a lunch. The waitress prompted us to order a lot more than we needed and add more toppings so that we had bunch of leftovers to take back. We even couldn’t finish all leftovers as a dinner later in the evening. I don’t think it’s a good way to have more business or tips. The portion of appetizers is big, almost like a meal. The seafood is fresh. And drinks are OK. Generally speaking, it is not very impressive but it’s OK.
Cool place. Upstairs dining is quiet with view of ocean. Downstairs dining is loud and wild. Live music. Staff was fantastic, with all that was going on managed to get food and drink orders right. Food was delicious. Really fun place. If you’re in the area , it’s a must see!
We got chicken wings, fish dip and salad. The wings were perfect. My fiance loved the fish dip. Salad was great. Great meal. Great, busy atmosphere. We had a great attentive waitress. My fiance ordered a long island iced tea. It was very heavy on the alcohol, but very worth the price.
I haven’t been to the Ocean Deck in so long! We stopped by after a day trip to Daytona today and it was just as it was years ago… truly iconic! The parking is awful but so is any spot in Daytona, so that’s the only complaint. Our party of six was warmly welcomed and served promptly. The food was great and the prices were very reasonable. After our meal, we went downstairs to the lower deck to have a drink before we hit the beach. They had no problems with us coming and going to the restrooms which was nice because the restrooms are kept very clean. If you’re ever in town, don’t miss this beach front oasis!
Great space but be ready to wait during dinner time. Picked the upstairs to dine in. The food is great! The beers are cold and the waitress was awesome. Sorry about the finished food pic but it was that good. Downstairs is a vibe with music and a cool crowd of people just hanging having a great time.
