We stayed in Asheville and wanted some seafood, this location is close to our hotel so we decided to have lunch. Location is kind of old. The server is ver professional and knowledgeable. We ordered bunch of our favs, and surprisingly they even have sambal. The clam strip and scampi are very goodBy Listiani Hartono (9 months ago)We came about 4:00 p.m. to beat the crowds on this Friday night. I try to eat healthy everywhere we enjoy a night out. So I had the create your own two, with broiled scallops and grilled salmon, baked potato with butter and sour cream, and broccoli. It was so delicious!!!! And of course their peach lemonade. 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋 our waitress was Erin and she was so sweet and attentive (for this time of evening)!!!!By Jenny Johnson (2 months ago)I rarely review chain restaurants but Red Lobster is a classic. It makes my dad happy. And the management and waitstaff are terrific.By Athena Reel (4 months ago)What an incredible experience! Me and my fiance live in Johnson City Tennessee and were in town for a show. I’ve never eaten at Red Lobster before so we figured we would go while we were in town. Absolutely amazing experience! Brandy took excellent care of us and gave us one of our best restaurant experiences to date. We had a delay in our appetizer and she didn’t hesitate to remove it from our check. She even gave us a free dessert! Definitely an amazing experience and Brandy was so stellar. Highly recommend going here and having Brandy take care of you, I know we will.By Derek Thomas (5 months ago)We had a great server, Grace, who very attentive to us. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing. This visit was one of the best experiences for us. Red Lobster has been around for many, many years and we hope many more. Keep up the good work. Thank you Grace for being so pleasant and being one of the best servers we have ever had at Red Lobster.By Angela Benomran (3 months ago)

I had a need for clam chowder and this location was close. Very inexpensive and decent food. I only had the chowder which needed a lot of salt and pepper which I normally never add. It was thick but lacked that rich creamy flavor I would like in a chowder. The place stays busy and the portions seem generous. Staff was very nice and attentive which is the main reason for the 3. I won’t rush back.By Maria O’C (2 months ago)This was the best seafood we have had since we moved away from the gulf!! We were delighted and were already talking about bringing family back with us from Knoxville. I ordered the grouper and he ordered the red snapper. We have a downtown “seafood” restaurant that COULD NOT COMPARE with Harbor Inn and far more expensive. Thank you for a great meal. We will be back!! BTW, we didn’t have dessert but the ones in the display looked AMAZING.By Elizabeth Self (a year ago)Was around the Asheville area and decided to try this restaurant and am glad we did. Laci the one in-charge of our table was friendly and attentive. We tried the crabby oyster it was so tasty!! 😋 we also had broiled cod and tilapia also delicious and they have the best hush puppies also. Very nice experience and just a short wait when you order.By T. M. (a year ago)Great fries seafood. Hush puppies were light and crispy and HOT. Shrimp was excellent too. Tarter sauce was so so. Service was extraordinary with a great attention to requests with authentic smiles. Flounder fried just right Crispy but plenty of “meat” inside! A really good place to eat seafood! We had a giant onion ring appetizer. Good, but not near as good as the seafood and hush puppies. Thanks Harbor House.By Tracy Kerley (a year ago)Good service, Good food. The portions look big but really they just have a ton of hush puppies under it. That’s my only major complaint.By Sheena Craig (a year ago)

Excellent restaurant atmosphere. It was elegant yet laid back. Staff was great, very hard working and great service. The restaurant is downtown so be prepared to pay for parking or walk a distance if you can’t park in the paid lot across the street. The food let me down a bit. Whike it looked delicious, it was actually flavorless. Very little seasonings, which made everything taste bland. I would still recommend it just for the atmosphere.By IndiaP (3 months ago)Holy mackerel the food was good. Had… a mix of oysters, lobster mac and cheese, lobster stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes (me), phyllo wrapped halibut (hubs), and key lime pie. Each dish was better than the next. The star of the night, to me, was the lobster stuffed mushrooms. The service was attentive, pleasant, and knew what they were doing. Very pleased with everything.By Christina Wall (11 months ago)Lobster stuffed mushrooms were good but mushrooms were a little small. The lobster roll was ok. The lobster was fresh but the roll was too big. The best dish was the seafood cioppino. It had a nice smoky flavor that was savory and delicious. Wait staff was good. Live music was nice but loud. 3.5 star mealBy Megan F (4 months ago)Want a quiet little hole in the wall kinda of place, but full of delicious seafood! Everything is so fresh & the Waite staff are all guys & what team work! Compliments to all the chefs & staff for bringing everything together & quick! Everything was so yummy almost forgot to take pics 😛By Donna Colson (7 months ago)Service was great! The salmon, lobster Mac and Cheese, and spinach crab oysters were delicious! Definitely recommend all three!
Do not waste your money on the cornbread. Also, make sure you order anything but chips as a side with the kids meal. I think they actually counted how many chips they put as my daughters side with her hot dog.
*The gentleman who clears the tables throughout the meal was definitely on top of it! He never let any empty plates sit on our table long.*

My wife and I were in Fletcher North Carolina. Someone had told us about this little fish place. We thought we’d check it out. Very nice atmosphere. The waitress was friendly as could be. I ordered the fried cod basket. My wife had the oyster Po boy. Everything was delicious. I can’t wait to go back. Good value for the money.By Joe Hencken (10 months ago)Stopped in for lunch. The food was great and so was Suzy, our server. We had calamari, crab balls, a fried shrimp basket, a lightly blacked Mahi-mahi basket, and a Great Smokey Mountain burger. Everything was delicious. They also had a good selection of local beer.By Peter Brady (11 months ago)Stopped in after sitting on traffic over an hour near Asheville, hungary and a bit tired. It was Mother’s day and there was a smudge of a wait but not long. Sat at the bar and was served by a nice, high energy young lady. I had calamari for an app and grilled shrimp, fried oysters and the trimmings. Everything tasted great. The calamari was small and tender, plus there were some tentacles in there, my favorite, fried perfectly, the grilled small were small but tasty and the fried oysters were nice size and perfectly seasoned. The fries were disappointing but with everything else cold fries were not a problem. In addition to that, I was given a single red rose, a real rose. How thoughtful!!?! Just a heads up, for Father’s day they give out screwdrivers. Will returnBy Angela Edwards (8 months ago)Traveling and always try to eat a non chain restaurant. This place did not disappoint. You know it’s going to be good when you can’t decide what to eat based on all the awesome choices on the menu. We were a party of 5 and all ordered something different. Not a complaint amongst the group, except maybe the burgers were huge! If your in the area stop and try this place.By Devra Brusso (Lashing) (8 months ago)My husband and I have enjoyed going here in the past, typically the food seems fresh, good beer selection, very nice waitstaff.
My last two visits have been horrible.
The time before this evening, the manager, who is the owners daughter, was screaming so loudly and embarrassingly at the staff, that it made it impossible to eat inside. She would scream at them so loud everyone would jump, and she was horribly insulting and mean. We left without ordering after seeing how she treated the staff.
We tried it again tonight. We again had a sweet and wonderful waitress, and placed our orders. At 6:00 on Saturday they were out of clam chowder, which isn’t a big deal but was 1/2 (literally) of the reason we chose here. The other was so I could have crab legs. I have a shrimp allergy, so I’m limited on the foods I can eat at a sea food restaurant. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, two by the pound fresh sea food plates, and three sides. Staff obviously was hustling and busy, they were all nice and attentive. When our meals came out, my crab legs we completely cold to the touch. Not even kind of warm. They were colder than they would have been by the time you finished your entire meal. I politely let the waitress know and no less than 4 people/staff were touching them to verify that they were cold. The waitress was very sweet and said they would make them fresh for me, and said they must have been sitting/finished while the other items on the table cooked. I get it, no biggie, I was happy to wait for the legs. I was really craving them and excited for the meal.
When the plate came back, I noticed the legs were exactly the same ones (because of some weird white marks on the legs -like dried up saltwater stains) and asked the waitress if they heated the same legs back up… she confirmed that they had, and expressed worry that they may be slightly over cooked now. They were completely hard and like rubber and the meat wouldn’t even break apart when removed from the shell. They didn’t even make the legs fresh, just reboiled or microwaved the “fresh” cold crab legs I was already served.
So I was served reheated food that no less than 4 people touched with bare hands. At $37/lb. How disgusting can a kitchen be?
While my husbands food was fine, this will be the last time we eat here.
Again, the wait staff was wonderful and compensated from our end. This was a kitchen/manager issue.

Waiter was great. Very friendly and personable. Ordered appetizers for meals. Pop-corn shrimp and chicken quesadilla were delicious. However their nachos left something to be desired. Rolls with sugar and cinnamon butter were delicious as well. And they have funky lights. Overall great experience and would eat there again.
At first we were a bit disappointed that this was the only real option in the area, but we shouldn’t have been. We ate here twice and the food was great both times. The freshest salads, great choice, excellent quality shrimps, burgers and ribs. Lovely wine and cocktails too. Couldn’t have asked for nicer food, but the food paled in comparison to the service – we were lucky enough to have Connie wait on us and she made our holiday! Great food and even better service, what more could you ask for.
Very nice atmosphere, good food, and professional friendly service! We stopped here late on a Sunday and enjoyed a fine reasonably priced meal. The menu has plenty of tavern options and the beer selection is broad. All the folks workin were friendly and provided service with a smile and side of banter!
We went on a Wednesday afternoon and had no trouble getting a table. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and the food was great! The rolls were incredibly light and the fried pickles were great! The gyro was great and I would highly recommend it! The broccoli was a little overdone but everything else my family enjoyed was cooked perfectly! We had a great visit and I would recommend checking out this place!
Enjoyed a nice dinner. Husband got the half rack ribs and onion rings and the ribs was so tender the meat just fell off the bone and onion rings where so crispy. He really enjoyed it was more than enough. I ordered the Black & blue burger and it was so juicy and flavorful. Cooked to perfectly & French fry’s I had was really good. Would recommend, 1st time we had ever been. Will definitely be back.
