We had a group of 10 people with most of us non-vegans and we all were satisfied with our experience. The food was great for the most part.
I loved quesadillas, tamales, stuffed sweet potato, raw tacos. The service was fast. The setting was also awesome.
The only minor thing I personally didn’t like is an attitude of one of the waitresses who assigned our seats. She wasn’t friendly and accommodating.By Tatsiana Nestserava (2 months ago)Everything tasted great, it was all plant based, and healthy. The dumplings were the best and I loved the John Sally salad. We were surprised with how good the Downtown Tony was and both the fries and the sweet potato fries were awesome! The price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. Overall, a solid win.By Tim Gallegos (7 months ago)Indisputably in my top 10 of hundreds of restaurants visited in the US, Canada, England over the past 20 years. The vegan gravy alone is worth going way out of your way. Overall the food is completely unique and next-level delicious. The decor is artistic and soulful. The staff is real. Total masterpiece!By Len Goldberg (a week ago)Great food, options and service. We went for brunch and food came out immediately. Started with dumplings & elote tamales…the dumplings were amazing with the hosin sauce. For mains hubby had chicken & waffles, for me hot chicken sandwich. Both were enormous with huge thick fries. Perfect if you have a big appetite and full of flavor. Drinks were tasty…pomegranate mule & Jamaican hibiscus with coconut Rum shot.If you’re a vegan or down with vegan food it’s definitely the place to come.
By Tiffany Moore-Jackson (11 months ago)This place is vegan heaven. So many great options to choose from, I had a hard time deciding on what to have. I was super basic and got the Chicky Chicky Bang Bang, Nashville style chicken sandwich, that comes with steak fries. It was all fantastic. The ranch, I’m guessing it’s house made, was excellent. My server, Juan, was very friendly. I don’t know if I’m coming back for dinner or breakfast, or both.By F McK (8 months ago)

What a nice find! Although we were looking for a vegetarian restaurant, Flower Child popped up on our searches. They serve non vegetarian meals, like burgers, chicken and other meat dishes. They do have vegetarian dishes. We elected to stay strictly to vegetarian options and the food was actually pretty good and tasted fresh. The ambiance was nice… open, airy, clean, lots of seating. Prices were reasonable and service was good. Will be back.By Ken Wong (8 months ago)Never disappoints! The freshest, most delicious, healthy food in the area. I took my mom who lives on muffins and soda (kinda joking, kinda serious lol) and she loved it!
Nothing has ever been bland here, and I feel like every bite is such a treat no matter what you order. Seriously, it’s that good.
I have tried any desserts yet but I plan to next time I go there. 5/5 highly recommended
By Christina (3 months ago)I definitely recommend this place for a lunch break or even breakfast and dinner. If you’re having lunch here, try to come a little bit before 12, otherwise you will have to wait in a line. Menu is great, you can choose any protein for salads and bowls. Drinks are self service. Food arrived to our table 5 minutes after ordering. They have plenty of seats both inside and outsideBy Gytė Šuliokaitė (3 months ago)Stopped in for the first time for a Sunday lunch. The restaurant was busy but not crowded and there were plenty of staff members buzzing about, keeping things running smoothly. The atmosphere is nice for a counter service restaurant. It’s very spacious and has a large covered outdoor area.
I had the Tie after wrap and shared the hummus with my husband. Both items were super flavorful and filling. There were quite a few items on the menu that peaked my interest and I noticed that things change seasonally as well. I will definitely be back soon.By Jessica Pellegrini (9 months ago)I’ve eaten here three times now and have been very happy each time. Two of those three times have been in person, while the other was to-go. The atmosphere at Flower Child is modern, vibrant, and very Summerlin. It’s a busy place that appears to run really efficiently. Their kitchen was cranking each time I’ve been there and food comes out timely and delicious.I’m all about supporting restaurants that feature more plant-based or vegetarian options. Flower Child has so many delicious choices available no matter what kind of diet you follow. If you’re looking for an affordable take on modern healthy cuisine, and you want to hang out at a local hot spot, then Flower Child is definitely for you!

An amazing restaurant for someone who is looking for healthy options on the Las Vegas Strip. Located right at the entrance of the Forum Shops at Caesars. There’s also an accompanying True Bar next to the restaurant.
Beautiful ambience, great open seating with the views of gorgeous Roman style architecture . The restaurant is very clean and modern, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
They have seasonal menu options ( which they change depending on a season ) and their menu is really diverse with many Vegan/ Vegetarian/ Gluten free options.
The presentation of food was very nice and beautiful. They make great food, which is healthy ( organic and sourced locally) and delicious and fresh as well.
The food is so delicious and flavorful, unlike most food from restaurants, it doesn’t feel as processed, and you won’t feel like you had a heavy meal.
Portion sizes are very reasonable.
The service is awesome and extremely friendly staff. The meals were prepared fast and they were fresh and flavorful.
A unique restaurant in an entire city of Las Vegas, you can not find another menu like this anywhere.
Overall: excellent experience, delicious and healthy food, fabulous service.
Definitely a MUST place to visit !!!!By Zeek & Rene Restaurant Critics (2 months ago)True Food Kitchen is a great place to get a meal. Located in a nice cozy corner right at the entrance to the Caesar Forum Shops, there’s great open views of the entire lobby with vaulted ceilings and plenty of Roman-style architecture. Menu is really diverse and has plenty of Vegetarian/Vegan options. Food tastes amazing and it’s very unique. Recommend trying the Edamame Dumpling appetizer and the Korean Noodle Bowl. Prices are right in range for what you’d expect from a sit-down dining location. There’s also an accompanying True Bar next to the restaurant.By Harsha Srikara (8 months ago)Really nice experience at True Food Kitchen! Super affordable and healthy! Two things you don’t come by often in Vegas. It was a super nice change to the boozy and high fat foods we had been eating earlier, too. Great portioned and seasoned plates that left us feeling satisfied and healthy! 😁 We will be back when we are in town again!By Christina Beebe (8 months ago)True Food Kitchen is an amazing health restaurant. Plenty of vegan options if you’re vegan and if not, you can add chicken or steak to any of their bowls for some more protein.Their online ordering system is very convenient with photos for every dish and it let you pay straight from your phone.
Their cocktails are also great and taste amazing.
By A Porat (2 months ago)If you are looking for extremely healthy options then this is the place for you. I got Rose sangria and the other is a watermelon monitor. Both were very good. We also got the summer corn soup and it had a hard pepper bite, which was great. Then we did roasted cauliflower bites which were very good! I got lasagna bolognese which was a smaller portion then I expected for the price but was great tasting. For dessert I did the chocolate cake with housemade vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect ending to the brunch! The ceiling says BE TRUE and the whole Cafe was very cutesy decorated.By Cody DiCicco (4 months ago)

Each time I visit Greens & Proteins though, the food is great, staff are friendly and atmosphere relaxing! On various days, I’ve had the green shake, bison and angus burger, ahi tuna tacos, and sweet potato fries. The fries are amazing! I say this because they are crispy but also chewy on the inside. Others restaurants offer them but they tend to be too crispy. I recommend this place for the health-conscious foodie. Note: Some food items are more flavorful than others but they have sauces and other condiments.By 360 HERE (3 months ago)I took 20 minutes to get food but we didn’t complain. Instead 2 different people offered to make it better. The second was the manager who gave us discount cards for next visit. I talked about how good everything was and how it is all made in house. My new FAVORITE spot wish I good give more starsBy scott cornwell (6 months ago)The service was very good, the girl who took our order was very polite. They bring your food and drinks out to you when ready. The food is good and fresh with lots of flavor. This is a great spot if you like eating healthy.By Hope Beavers (11 months ago)10/14/21 yesterday I went to the same named restaurant closer to downtown Vegas. This location was closer to were I was so I stopped by with hopes to get the same excellent experience that I got at the other location.
Well, it wasn’t the same.
Staff was not very knowledgeable about their foods. I mean, if you advertise healthy food please learn your stuff. But no big deal. I didn’t get the mushroom that I liked so much and no grilled onions.
I also had cauliflower mash and it was Spicey hot a bit….weird….I am on a lectin free diet and can’t eat hot peppers at the moment. Manager told me that it was just regular pepper…um, nope…I can taste the difference between hot peppers and regular pepper. I also informed her that I had the same dish at the other place and it wasn’t hot. But they were super friendly about it and replaced it with a new plate. This time, no heat from chili peppers or whatever that was. What did I eat? Lol….I hope I make it through the night. I also was informed that the mash is prepackaged and just warmed up….bummer. it’s not easy to find fresh true healthy food.
I recommend to ask alot of questions before digging in if you are on a diet.
Besides that, atmosphere was great. Bathroom clean and staff super supportive.
Bison burger was cooked to perfection and delicious. Asparagus was grilled a bit too much ad had a burned taste. I recommend going there. You won’t be disappointed. It may not be the healthiest since you don’t exactly know what you get but still better than those other junk food places.
I’ll give staff some time and I am sure they will gain the knowledge to run this place properly. I will be back for sure…..go and eat there. It’s good. Once staff gains more knowledge about their foods I gladly upgrade to 5 stars.By Andy Blass (a year ago)Food flavors were excellent. Personnel were peaceful, and atmosphere very relaxing, not at all intrusive. Quiet, and appreciated. Items made fresh and a surprisingly large array to choose from, including burgers. I opted for the G&P Salad and it was a very generous portion. A great, quiet, healthy and flavorful options kinda-place to go. Smoothies were scrumptious! I’ll be back!By Krista Johnston Raymond (4 months ago)

This place is very clean, staff friendly and meal came out fast. They do have a wide selection too, with cucumber water that is free. Overall a solid place I would recommend. The quality and quantity for what you pay for may not be ideal which is the only reason why this place gets 4 stars.By Carly Donner (3 months ago)The driest acai bowl ive ever had with very little toppings. I got 3 pieces of pineapple with a few blueberries and banana and like 2 raspberries.
Plus they only have one option for the acai bowl.
Taste isnt bad but so dry,not what I was expecting.
Ordered a chicken with sausage..not sure where the chicken was at….maybe it was integrated???It was good though.
I had bigger expectations for this place.
Plus parking sucks.
Won’t be going back.By Paint Shagya (5 months ago)Such vegan-green place, that’s it’s mesmerizing. My first time trying the food and it was amazing, the smoothie was fantastic, loved the bison burger and the staff was very nice, they has a lot of patience with me being a first timer. Definitely if you are in downtown, grab something to eat there.By Omar 90s (a year ago)Our F45 Training Las Vegas Arts District Team and Family LOVE that Greens & Proteins is so deliciously nutritious and close to our studio! So many options to choose from and the environment is so welcoming. Oh and Venessa there is AMAZING!Thank you G&P Team for always having healthy options for these gains!
By F45 Training Las Vegas Arts District (a year ago)10/13/2021 found this place today and thought that I have to check it out. After months of fine dining and exploring good food I have to cut back on carbs and all. Finding the place was easy..thanks google. Parking was easy but I can imagine that that will be tough during busy times.
As I walked in I was presently surprised about the nice, clean and contemporary design. Very nice. Bathroom was also very clean.
But better than design was the staff. Friendliest smiles, conversations I have had in a looong time. Heck, even workers that didn’t help me with my order gave me smiles and talked to me. Amazing people in there. Even if the food wasn’t any good, I still would come here just for the smile and friendliness.
To the food! Big menu. It takes a while to get the hang of it but once I did it was pretty simple. So many options. Amazing. Thanks to the “build my own” I got exactly what I wanted. No carbs…lots of proteins and greens.
I had the bison burger wrapped in lettuce with mushroom, Swiss cheese and grilled onions. For the sides I had mashed sweet potatoes and mashed cauliflower.
Now let me tell you…when you order mushroom with them you don’t just get some little tiny junks…oh no…at least 4 inches in diameter and half inch thick mushroom cooked to perfection.
Meat was also cooked to perfection as I ordered.
Mashed cauliflower and yams were also very good surprisingly good.
The greens I liked to but hey. How can you screw those up. Right?
The dressing I was told had no carbs but it was very sweet. So I dont know. I’ll check my scale in the morning to find out the truth.
Long story short. An amazing restaurant to eat some healthy food. Great selection and staff is absolutely the best. I highly recommend to go there and eat.
The only thing I am still uncertain of is if greens, means and all is organic. I checked their website and there is no mention of organics. Maybe staff can comment on this in here. Once they confirm organic I will upgrade to 5 stars. I mean, it’s only really healthy if organic….right? Other than that, go for it. You won’t be disappointedBy Andy Blass (a year ago)
