Another great Cracker Barrel! Our server was prompt and very attentive. She answered some questions about local sights to see.

    Our food was perfect!

I order lunch about once a week from this location. Today was the day that stops. Went to pick up my order (grilled chicken salad and a 32 oz diet coke.) My diet coke was in a 12 oz coffee cup…the kind where the bubble lid is on top for whipped cream. My salad was the size of a side salad in a plastic container and my salad dressing was not in there. I get times are hard but if customers give you their business and their hard earned money, don’t screw them over. This was ordered online and paid for. Definitely not worth the 15 bucks spent. When I asked about the drink I was told they ran out of their big cups and when I asked about the salad I was told it was just packaged in a different container. This salad is literally half the size of what it normally is.

First the good. Breakfast sandwich was perfect as was the hash brown casserole. My server, Olivia, was awesome. Very attentive and professional. Only negatives were the decaf coffee is awful and when I pulled the chair out to sit down it was sticky on my hand and the floor. They could probably use a goodcleaning instead of just a quick wipe. Still, I would come back.

Food is very good, but it is always so crowded. We had a 50 minute wait to get in. Once in, it was so noisy, we couldn’t hear the waiter or ourselves speaking and spent the time shouting at each other to successfully he heard and trying to swallow the food rapidly to get out of there. Gave me a headache and was less than enjoyable.
Cracker Barrel needs to open another location to handle all of the customers better.

Very poor dining experience, wasn’t seated until 1+ hour after arriving, said they text our table was ready never called our name on speaker. After asking they seated us, waited on service took awhile 10 minutes they took order and drinks. Drinks came out plastic cups and plastic forks. Was told their having problems today, ask for straws when they were delivered waitress laid straws on table and dumped another customer iced tea in my lap. We wiped up tea and floor with paper napkins and dried myself off the best we could. Asked to speak with manager waited and she came out with 2 small rags, never I’d herself until we asked, said the restaurant was just having a bad day she was sorry. Table next to us said they’d been waiting 2 hours and still hadn’t got their food. After hearing that we said we’re just leaving, only word she said I’m sorry. I understand the waitress felt stressed, I don’t blame her at all. But no one came to clean up the mess we did it and left, maybe a long time before I’m back. If they short on help it would have better to close for the day. Store was a mess and there were other unhappy customers than us. I’ve dined here many times but never ran into this bad. If I could there would be o stars.

Very strange atmosphere that borders the line between inviting and creepy. Employees seem overworked. Very robotic feeling coming from staff like they are taught to act similarly and I feel bad for them. Probably a product of this being a privately owned company. Food is decent but it’s so buttery and oily that I do not recommend for those with sensitive stomachs. For how busy it is it is in a horrible spot without any sensible flow of traffic to safely enter and exit the lot.

I ordered through the app. and had it delivered curbside. They had both drinks that I did get wrong and completely forgot to bring the third one so I had to go inside to get the right ones. The Mac n cheese tasted soured. I love their Mac n cheese and this is the first time it’s tasted bad and myself, my husband and one of the kids decided to throw it out because of the taste.I should have taken it back, but it was easier to just let it slide. And if the drive through is busy then you had better be dedicated to making it all the way to the window, no matter the time it takes to get there. Cause once you’re in line there ain’t no gettin out..

We love to eat here, but unfortunately the last couple of visits hasn’t been the best experience. The sandwich buns haven’t been fresh and have fallen apart, the food isn’t warm (even though we dined in), and it took a little over ten minutes to receive our food with not many customers in the dining room. Waiting over ten minutes isn’t a huge deal, but it is fast food.

There was also an employee face timing someone in the dining room which was very loud. Providing feedback so that these areas can be worked on.

The girls favorite fast food ever. We had nugget meals and a spicy chicken sandwich meal then a couple of peach shakes and a fruit cup for dessert. Everything perfectly cooked, tasted great and fast.

Food was fast, accurate, good. Bathroom clean. We were traveling so we did curbside, and I was trying to throw away some trash that was in my car, and the associate offered to take it for me. The little things mean a lot!

First time here, if ever in the area I would definitely go back. Didn’t get a milkshake but did get double burger, onion rings, fries and a drink for $7. I wasn’t wowed by anything but for the price you can’t beat it.

The food was hot, fresh, and fast! The service was warm and friendly. The burgers were generous portions of meat and grilled nicely. The chicken strips had a perfect crispy coating and tender juicy meat. The whole family enjoyed their meals. Prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely go back.

It used to be really good. The shakes are still really good. It used to be a really good value, decent food for a good price. Over time the burgers kept getting smaller, but for the price it was ok. Now the prices have been raised significantly for the same disappointing portions.
Drive the extra mile down the road to Sonic and get 2 full sized burgers for a couple of bucks more..

I like that idea of the combo meal because I get more for my money. But the staff are not going to let you miss anything but work. They are so focused on my order! It’s perfect and I enjoyed the delicious squashy end of my burger. TBC.

They deserve a million stars for my experience we were in town and places a huge order of 17 meals . Not only was the order correct, fresh and ready in 10 minutes. They had the absolute best attitude. Great job cookouts!!!

Surprisingly excellent breakfast bar, with very polite and helpful staff. Have already made a point to go back again. Loved it both times.
Tipped $10 on $34 and still feel I maybe should’ve tipped a bit more. (Partly because I noticed he’d only received $3 from the table behind us) BTW we got there w 5 minutes left for the breakfast bar, so that’s why we were able to get multiple plates at once. They were taking everything apart.
I believe $5 per person is the MINIMUM tip regardless of the bill, for good service, so therefore I kinda feel I should’ve tipped more. But I know it was appreciated.
Definitely recommend that particular store though. I’ll now try it out here in Louisville, hoping for similar…

We were craving a Big Boy Burger. Came to Frankfort and we’re not disappointed! Lightning fast service and food came quickly too. It was fresh, hot, and delicious. Exceed expectations today!

Many of the best menu items have been discontinued. Open face roast beef for one. Replaced with gimmicky items. Pic below shows what I was served last visit.

I’ve been eating Frisch’s for over 50 years and my favorite…the big boy with onion rings is always delicious! And the hot fudge cake and apple pie are consistently outstanding. The service at this Franfort location was very attentive and responsive! Great dinner…reasonably priced!

Haven’t been to a Big Boy in literally decades. Angela was our hostess and our waitress. Freaking adorable, friendly, attentive, sweet and funny!!

Nothing super fancy about the omelette but I always love when I can get breakfast all day. The customer service is extraordinary and I’d gladly return! 🙂

Love, love, LOVE this restaurant! Can’t say enough good things. We have always gotten good service and great food! The sushi selections are varied and delightful and the hibachi is always a good time – especially if you have Joe as your chef! He is so lively and fun and VERY good at what he does! We request him evey time we come in! And I love the Momokawa pearl sake! It’s the perfect pairing with nearly any dish here!

Had a really nice experience. The food was delicious and the presentation was amazing.
The young lady who took our orders was very thoughtful, and made sure we had everything that we needed.
This was my first time in this establishment, would definitely go back.
The only thing, was not as clean as I would have liked. The area wich we where seated, needed to be swept.
The price was a little high ,but the way it was presented made it worth it.

If you are a sushi lover then you need to try this place! Good quality good and the service has always treated us well each time we go. I’d recommend going during their Happy Hour because the sushi is discounted. Great good & great prices.

We went for sushi and it was excellent! We eat sushi quite often and have ate at many different sushi restaurants. We agreed that this was one of the best sushi we have had. Delicious and great presentation!
