I contacted Sergeant Davis via email and he was quick to get back to me. My son who is 18 was interested in the service and I had always heard that the Air Force was the best.

From the first time that I spoke with Sergeant Davis, he made me feel at ease, he was professional and knowledgeable and not the pushy salesman that I expected from a recruiter.

We met with Sergeant Davis right away and from the very beginning felt very comfortable. His experience inspired my son and he decided to take the ASVAB test and enlist. Although my son ran into a small bump in the road during the medical portion, Sergeant Davis was instrumental in helping us gather all the documents that we need and writing our story for the medical team.

My son was able to go back down to the medical exam and passed it. He could not be happier with his choice of joining the US Air Force. And I could not think Sergeant Davis enough for his service, for his professionalism and for his encouragement and personal touch.

Sergeant Davis is an incredible person who has the right experience to help guide young people into the Air Force. Not once did we ever feel pressure. We felt like we were where we belong.

Sgt. Davis in the Augusta recruiting office is the best you will find. I had troubles at prior recruiting offices but Sgt Davis changed my whole process around. He is very straight forward and will tell you like it is, there is no secrets and he will do his best to get you in the best place to be successful. Super nice guy.

This office was an overall fantastic experience! I went in only wanting one job (firefighter), and somehow even though the job is one of the hardest to find the office was able to find my a reserves job in Massachusetts! I couldn’t recommend the Augusta Office more, they are very welcoming and will do anything they can to make sure your time in the army is the best it possibly can be!!

I got placed with a very decent seasonal job in Central Maine with a fine wage and am very thankful for Manpower to set it up for me within days. I will tell you that if you’re serious about these people finding you a job, you should follow up with them on a regular basis. They’re totally willing to work with you in finding what you need. a big box temp agency.. like most they say temp to hire but 99pct it’s temp. these company’s r strictly LIES. they pay u low pay, use u like a condom and throw,u away as soon as the acts done. they say temp to perm or temp to hire AVOID ALL TEMP AGENCY’S. this one is lowest paying temp agency in maine fyi. HOPE THIS HELPS TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT, IT IS WHAT IT IS RIGHT?

The Augusta and Lewiston locations have extremely poor communication skills. The recruiters fail to return calls and do not actively communicate after purposing potential job opportunities. They love giving general responses of…. “He/She (recruiter) is in a meeting. Do you want to leave a voicemail?” or “The client is still reviewing their options.”

A bit of advice for the management team….If you want to have a good group of talented people to be available on contract….choose recruiters who know how to actively communicate and show respect.

just a bad experience for my husband for the 2 short weeks he worked there. after when we needed paperwork filled out saying that he no longer works there & the last date to get food stamps.. we never got the paperwork & it’s taking 1 month. she just kept telling him new things he had to do to get it filled out, we didn’t end up getting the paperwork needed.
